Outstanding food served with the Love and Pride that is typically only felt from your favorite family member, Trillium Table is one of the most cherished and bespoke experiences of my decades spent wandering through Appalachia. The service is 2nd to none, and the food is World Class. The atmosphere is warm in inviting, with the comfort of multiple fireplaces and soothing piano music. Fine China and crystal clear glasses, clean table cloths, and fresh flowers create your own exclusive experience that can't be rivaled by any other dining venue in the area. The food and drinks are presented in a way that ensures a memory made from every visit. Simple yet generous, the dishes speak to your body like conviction speaks to your heart, and the drinks are the perfect pairing of art and science. The Staff are sweet and attentive. The Chef is a culinary master of talent, using flavor as trade & craft. I was blown away by the entire visit from beginning to end. Dining here is a privilege, and I can't wait to return.

This is absolutely one of the best dining experiences I have had in recent times. Everything was cozy, charming and perfect. It was the last night in Black Mountain and my mom wanted to do something special so on a whim we booked a reservation. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed with the warmth of the interior. Service was sincere and welcoming and the food was exceptional. My mom and I both got the trout. Wow. Cooked perfectly, amazing cream sauce and the side of fire roasted broccolini was perfect and large enough to share with 3 people. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. We shared tiramisu for dessert. I am not a tiramisu person and I loved it. They are just getting started and I wish them every success. Next year when I return I’m sure it will be challenging to get a reservation. One of my favorite dining experiences in a long time.

This restaurant experience was like being treated like the guest of honor at someone’s fancy home! The atmosphere is sophisticated, yet warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious and masterfully made. The homemade bread rolls with herbed butter were fresh and uniquely delicious, the flat iron steak and NY Strip steak were so full of flavor and cooked to perfection, and the tiramisu was tasty and had unique flavors as well. The staff was super friendly and eager to accommodate our large party. The children’s menu had perfectly simple choices for picky palettes. I would highly recommend this restaurant! And the outside has some gorgeous and adorable photo spots too!

I can not believe how amazing this dining experience was! Attended their soft opening with friends and it was beyond incredible! We got the bread board and beet dish for our starter, the gnocchi, Sausage dish and the salad for our small plates. The chicken, pork and the vegetarian entrees with a side of collards and hominy. For desert we got both sorbets and a Panna cotta. We shared everything between the 5 of us easily and we all went home very satisfied. Our absolute favorites were the gnocchi, pork chop and the sweet potato sorbet! The food was cooked perfectly and came out looking like works of art. Definitely some of the most beautiful dishes of food I have ever had. I wish we would have gotten pictures but we were just so in aww over everything that we didn’t even think to take any. They also had some of the best mocktails we had ever tasted! The Golden Apple and Treasure Island were our favorites. Spoke with the bar tender about what is to come and we will definitely be back to try their cocktails in the future! Service was above and beyond as well. Our server was very personal but it was the front of house manager that stole the show. She was very attentive and on top of everything. Making it a truly memorable experience. We will...
