Well I wish I could say something really good I have lost an enormous amount of jewelry from David over the years today I went in to get hopefully some kind of head side is how much the piece of jewelry I had my mother-in-law passed away and left a beautiful necklace I went in to try to get a price of how much I might should ensure it for I didn't want anything spectacular and he was so rude actually I was blown away he would not even take the time to take a look to see if they may be real diamonds or not and that's what I asked so no need to worry I will not go there again that's for sure I think he was too stuck on himself to take the time to give me an honest answer I just wanted to know how much I should ensure it for to send it in the mail would not even take a second to look it up and I was looking forward to buying some more jewelry for my wife which I have bought a lot from them but no need to worry I will not do that again he was so rude I could not believe it if you have a fine piece of jewelry take it somewhere else that's what I will do in the future and like I said I am blown away David was such a good guy not sure why this guy does not want my business Maybe by my looks I am an old long-haired hippie all he acted like was he wanted to buy my piece of jewelry and I told him two or three times it's not for sale how much he thought it may be worth as I will so follow my footsteps and take your jewelry...
Read moreThis is old news and may no longer be valid. Nathaniel contacted me and said there has been a new owner since this work was done 3 years ago.
Worst jewelers repair ever. I had an opal and tanzanite ring that needed new stones . The dark opals were crumbling and the tanzanite was chipped. They offered to send it out for new lab opals to be created. When the ring came back it no longer had dark opals (blue and green), but light opals ( yellow and green). I only found out later from another jeweler that the opal can be created in either shade. They said the opals would be an exact replacements. I was terribly disappointed, but continued to work with them. A tanzanite stone no longer worked with the new colors. They suggested amethyst. No other stones were suggested. While I wasn’t really enthusiastic, I decided to go with it. 18 months later I looked down at my ring one day and the center stone was no longer there. A prong had broken off releasing the stone. I was not doing any heavy work. We had just gone out to lunch and we’re taking a drive. I was heartbroken and disgusted. I put the ring away for a year and a half and didn’t look at it. Fortunately I have since found a wonderful person who makes jewelry. She had an eye for other stones that complemented the lighter opals and an ultrasonic welder to securely attach...
Read moreI absolutely loved my whole experience at Grace jewelers! Actually, I had asked Nathaniel in 2017 if he did custom work and I told him that I wanted to Commission Grace Jewelers to do our anniversary piece. At the time, we were so busy I forgot about the conversation and life just moved on. When Covid hit, I I remember, I wanted to do an anniversary piece. Nathaniel had encouragement as to which metal I could use and what type of center stone did I want, what was my budget and what was my vision. The appointment was smooth. I made several decisions that first meeting based on his recommendation for the type of metal to use. That first meeting was more then I expected. Nathaniel had momentum and vision. He said let’s get some center stones in here for you to look at. He had mentioned that the center stone selection is all about seeing the stones. I always asked a ton of questions and Nathaniel was so patient with me. He answered the ones he knew and he was prompt in getting back to me about anything he didn’t know. I love love loved hearing about the stones and what he had seen through this business. When our ring was done my husband and I were elated. I will defiantly use Grace Jewelers for any custom work I have...
