C. W. Moose Trading Company — Local services in Black Mountain

I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Moose trading company. I took them home and they made my feet hurt so bad that I was in pain. I also had my sister try the shoes and she had the same pain. The shoes were never worn outside. When I reached out to Robert Hope about returning the shoes, i was told that all shoes sales are final. If that was the case, I would of never bought the shoes. My wife and I stopped in at this store as as last ditch effort to bring a gift back from the mountains to my mother in eastern North Carolina, we had stayed at Bryson City and didn't find the right gift there. The store was bright, clean,and had a large variety of souvenirs to choose from as well as a cheerful staff. Unfourtainiantly the shirt i chose was too small but the owner was quick to respond to my email concerns about an exchange and offered a quick remedy. This is a pleasant shop with a good selection of items far nicer than City Name - Generic Item on it. Some of their hat, shirt, and other designs are very appealing, and they have a variety of colors to choose from.

The shopkeeper was very friendly, and helpful looking for my size. She wasn't at all pushy, and in fact warned me that an item was separate (a cup they sell can be used as a tumbler glass, or get an additional lid sold separate to be a travel mug).
