I debated about writing this review but finally told myself if I don’t, nothing will ever change and I doubt it still will. My family and I decided to stop here for lunch today “Sunday afternoon” we walked in and stood back from the counter to look at the menu for a bit and not one person said anything to us. When we decided to finally order after looking at the menu for a good 3 minutes maybe 5 at most. We go to the counter and a lady with a headset comes over and doesn’t say one thing to us. She just changes the drawer from the register with the one at the drive thru. Another lady standing next to her doesn’t say anything to us either and just walks away and then starts to bag an order. Please note I understand if you are short staffed and getting busy, but not one soul cant tell me you don’t have time for a simple hello or I’ll be right with you. We honestly almost walked out but decided to stay. After she finally took our order, and we got food after a good 13-15 minute wait. The food was good. I would also like to mention that while waiting, a manager came in around 12 and before clocking in was doing his rounds making sure things were clean and picking up the wet floor signs. After he clocked in, he was In the kitchen for a little bit “5 minutes” then went outside to change out the window clings. Please note again this is prime time for lunch. Your manager thought it was more important to go outside to change window clings rather then be in the kitchen to help out and had his headphone in while doing this. Read moreHorrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. I went in with my mom around lunch time. It was semi busy but nothing crazy. After being told she’d be right with us at least 5 times finally got our orders in. We sat down and waited for food while the manager starts yelling at two of the crew members for being disrespectful to her and telling them to leave, not sure if she was firing them or loudly asking them to leave. There were at least 10 customers in the store at that time, two of which were young children. Then the manager kept telling the cook she needed to call people in and make sure the other crew members really had left the building. All the while everyone was waiting on their food. She puts a note on the from the lobby door saying that they are not serving in the lobby and then proceeds to keep telling drive thru customers and whoever she was talking to on the phone she was sorry for the wait but she sent people home and kept carrying on on about how they were disrespecting her. All the time she didn’t care she was disrespecting Every customer in the lobby waiting on food as the drive through kept moving along. A few other crew members came in to help after a while which she once again rehashed loudly what happened for all to hear. After 20 mins my mom got her food which was cold by that time and in another 10-15 mins I finally got my food. Which again was cold by that time. I get that sometimes things happen but the way that manger handled things, yelling at her crew in front of customers and then treating customers like it was our problem we got cold fast food in 30 mins is unacceptable. Read moreWorst experience at an Arby's, young girl at drive through was showing signs of being under the influence of opiates. I could hardly hear her at the speaker. So when I got to the window and got my order I checked to make sure my order was correct, it was not so when I mentioned it to her she rudely replied "that's why I read it back to you." Rolled eyes filled the cup and handed it to me. No smile no greeting, just rude !!! I didn't get my order of fries with my meal either. When I went into the store location I asked the older gentleman if there was a manager and he called to her. While this was taking place the girl at the drive through confronted me at the counter. We debated and the manager (Jennifer) looked high as well. She heard me out briefly and was quick to refund me for a sandwich $8.53but never asked what my whole order was. Which was about $20.10. The girl at drive through window popped off with another rude remark and Jennifer told her to be quiet. I told her that this was the worst experience I've has an an arbys in 20 years and that I was going to notify corporate. I also asked the manager if her employee was high and she replied with a very nervous and low key " I dont think so ?" CORPRATE AND AREA MANAGER NEED TO INVESTIGATE ASAP.
