Ok so I wish I can rate them multiple times. I ordered an order for delivery, I tried to call to add something that'd I'd forgot to order. The phone rang for 20min, then I hung up and called back after another few minutes was put on hold to where I can listen to EVERYTHING THEY WE'RE SAYING. I heard my name come up so my dasher was likely there, probably forgot my soda for the every time I ordered one. I had to listen to workers argue about their personal relationships and how people only call them at work instead of trying to help me, a customer. This place is a joke, your staff is a joke. I wanted to see about adding a thin crust before my door dash person got there and was treated like I didn't matter, me, a customer who still orders from there even though it is one of the worst locations from Canada to Georgia. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. The staff and obviously the owner for hiring them is a disgrace to the name. The ONLY reason I order from there ever anymore is because of the lower prices and it's the only chain that delivers to me. I should've just drove to dominos but I've had a long day and am tired. Rethink your staff! Disgusting how customers are treated,I never treat my customers like that at my jobs. I think I deserve something for what I put up with her every time. I can't even count how many times they forgot my drink and got the run around from the store and door dash. Again, disgusted by the way your customers are treated. Guess that thin crust isn't happening for me tonight. Oh well, this is definitely the last time we or anyone orders from this location. Horrible employees, the absolute worst!!!!!!!!!
They do not fail to fail here, my car has been down or I would have driven to domino's for my son because this place is nothing but obvious incompetent employees. I've ordered there twice in 2 weeks (I know shame on me) because my son will only eat garbage chain pizza and this horrible location is the only one that delivers to me. I wish the domino's in Lockport did they're closer, never screw up an order, friendly, and easy to deal with. Last week these incompetent workers didn't give the driver my crazy sauce with my 2 orders, now today did not give me my Pepsi with the order after I messaged the driver to make sure he grabbed it and he replied with ok. Then arrived without my drink saying that they told him there was no drink even though I paid for it and it was on the receipt. If you must order from there use the pickup option as they will forget something every time. The quality of how its cooked and what you get is hit or miss. They don't know how to cut a pizza. My extra most best last time had less pepperoni than a hot and ready. I'm shocked thus place has 3 stars. Even if these sorry employees make minimum wage they're wayyyyy over paid. The managers and owner should be fired as they obviously can't control their store and team. Such a lack of quality and respect for customers. For all the issues there I should've been offered a full refund for my troubles not just for the items they neglected. It's very poor customer service. Sometimes they aren't even open when they say they are. I should be able to give an infinite amount of negative stars. Worst little Caesars ever.
So more to add, once again they did not send my whole order completely skipped our crazy bread that was paid for and on the receipt. I thought it was just the pop so I stopped ordering the drinks. I really hope they open a domino's near so I can order from there for my son. I this wasn't the only one that delivered here or my son would eat other pizza I'd stop ordering from them all together but unfortunately this incompetent location is my only options. I wish zero or even negative stars were an option.
Also typically when you give a bad review or even a good one you get some kind of response, this is just proof that they know they terrible, incompetent, and should probably just close down. Can't complain to either party because the blame each other, what a...
Read moreOn Friday January 6, 2023 at around 6:30 pm I placed my order for pizza and 2 orders of bread sticks. The first time my card didn’t go through. I swiped it a second time and the cashier said.. oh we have to move to the other register because his froze. So I paid with a different card. It went through and I got my order. When I got home I checked my first card’s account and sure enough the charge went through. I called the number on the website. By the way it’s not directly to that location. It’s a service that processes inquiries. Anyway the representative proceeded to tell me I had to be transferred to another department to get my money refunded. I asked if I could just go back to little Cesar’s and get another pizza. She then transferred me directly to the store. So I explained to the cashier what happened. He told me to wait a day or so and that the money would be returned to my card. Monday rolls around and nope. The charge went through. So today is Tuesday and I go in and try to explain it to the cashier. The cashier didn’t seem like he knew what to do. So I asked him if maybe I should talk to a manager. Well, an amazing thing happened. A young lady, African American offered to pay for my pizza’s to avoid a long wait. I was so touched by her gesture. I started to cry. No one has ever offered to pay for anything. She said she was just going to buy her lottery numbers and would rather pay for my pizza’s. By the way they where for my grandchildren who I take care of 14 hours a day Monday through Friday. I had the most horrible day but this young lady made my day. Her kind gestures and then proceeded to tell me that I was appreciated warmed my heart. The manager came out asked what happened and then gave me my money back in cash and gave me 2 free pizzas so I gave the money to the young lady so she could go play her lottery numbers. I pray she wins big. She deserves it. Thank you Little Cesar’s for taking care of the problem. All the cashiers where also very touched by this young...
Read moreOk, I love the "Hot and Ready" model. It is pure brilliance! The idea that when I am hungry, in a hurry, lazy, and ready to eat NOW, I can have a fairly decent, limited choice, one topping pizza handed to me at the counter for what amounts to a bit of pocket change is enough to make my evening perfect. The problem I have is this location. They are slow. They are always telling me that they are short-handed. They don't use the systems that Little Caesar's has developed. Worst of all, they don't seem to care that they are a wreck of the model.
This location has the warmers for use when you order using the app, but when I did order on the app and the food was not there, the response I got was... "Oh, we don't use those things here. We don't have time". My food sat on the pizza cutting station for about 40 minutes before I got I it. It was cold and terrible. They remade it but that took another 35 minutes. It seems to me that they don't have time because they are not using the systems at all.
Everyone knows that they are like this. I watch others come in and start off their order by asking "What's hot and ready right now?" Because they are so used to the location not having pizzas ready. The typical response that you will hear to that question is "We only have a couple of cheese ones right now. If you want anything else out is about a 30 minute wait." Now at that point, I am usually walking out because the magic of the "Hot & Ready" pizza is gone and all that is left is the promise of the same wait as any other pizza place for a lower value in the end.
They need to understand that the speed of their service is the value that I am buying. When they make me wait 45 minutes, I could have driven to Aldi next door and bought a take-and-bake pizza with more toppings for a lower price, taken it home, baked it, and began eating within the 45...
