On March 3 I ordered some pickup for dinner. Upon arrival I was handed a bag of food and headed home. Once I got home, they had forgotten my entree. Mistakes happen but this was really unfortunate as I now had to drive the 10 minutes there and back especially with gas prices. Now usually that wouldn’t bother me as much if the food made up for it, but keep reading. Husband calls and tells them they forgot some of our food. The person on the phone is very apologetic and says they will throw in some dessert if we come back. I head back, and before I pull all the way in the manager, I believe, already has my bag of food ready, and this I did appreciate. He was very apologetic and kind. I get home, open my Tex-Mex Style Shrimp Salad (I believe it’s called) and was immediately turned off by the half brown glob of guacamole right on the top of my salad. It’s Applebees. I don’t expect perfection. In fact I tend to never go to Applebees in general because of the food but was in a different food mood. But I’d at least hope the food I’m eating was fresh. And after picking through the salad it didn’t seem very fresh. I couldn’t finish my salad and was put off. I appreciated the lava cake and ice cream he gave to us for free but at this point I didn’t really want anything to do with the food. So I appreciate their effort at customer service. But I was not happy with the quality of food and I don’t think I’ll be going to an Applebees again, or this one.

Me and my husband are Army Veterans, so we decided to partake in the free meal Applebee's had to offer. It was quite busy, which we expected, but didn't wait as long as they thought it would take. They had a special menu for Veterans, to choose from a select offering of free meals. We both decided on the 6 oz sirloin. It was cooked perfectly. We were thanked for our service and were also given a discount card for another visit to use by the end of the year. We had a great evening surrounded by lots of other fellow Veterans. Thank you, Applebee's for the appreciation you show to those of us who have served and are still serving. We decided to end the night with one of my favorite desserts.

Well waitress was the only thing this Applebees had going for it. I'm not one to send back my food because I don't trust offended chef's. But this plate bourbon chicken was terrible. All I could taste was the burnt remnants of whatever was on the cooking surface before. Presentation of my plate was sloppy at best. Shrimp were way over cooked and lacked any flavor. My wife steak was medium rare if we were lucky and she ordered it medium well. We made the stop in here after taking a cruise up Mt Rainer what a way to end a beautiful day in disappointment.

Tdlr: food nowhere near worth the price. Decent service and cleanliness however.

Kids ordered pizza with yogurt and strawberries. Wife ordered Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries. I got ribs with Mac and Cheese and Broccoli. We got the spinach artichoke dip to share. I also ordered a Blue Moon and the Blue Hawaiian cocktail.

Kids seemed to enjoy their food. Strawberries looked fresh and yogurt seemed alright. Pizza was some atrocious lump of dough with nasty sauce on it, but it's not a pizza place and the kids seemed to like it so fine.

Wife's burger was extremely dry and had no flavor. Could tell the patty hadn't even been salted prior to cooking. Fries were ok. Inconsistently sized but crisp. No complaints there.

The ribs... oh man where to start. The sauce was cloying yet lacked in flavor. It tried to be sweet and spicy but lacked in both departments ultimately ending up with a chalky taste. The rib meat itself was tender enough, but again lacked in flavor. Ultimately i was left completely disappointed by the experience. The mac and cheese was alright. The noodles were al dente and the sauce was smooth enough, although the sauce portion compared to the amount of noodles was quite lacking. Shredded cheddar was an unnecessary addition but still added some color. The broccoli had black spots from where it had been cut earlier in the day and left to sit - this was not touched.

I have no complaints about the spinach artichoke dip other than the portion of the chips was insufficient for the amount of dip. In fact the salsa seems to have improved somewhat since our last visit, so kudos on that.

My wife's Sierra Mist was watered down, evidence that the syrup box was in need of changing. The Blue Moon was alright, and an iced glass from the freezer was a pleasant surprise. The only truly enjoyable experience however was the Blue Hawaiian. Expertly mixed, pleasantly flavored, and packing a delightful little kick, the drink almost made up for the lackluster food. It is the only reason I am leaving two stars.

I can understand bad experiences, and rushed staff, and I appreciate everyone trying their best during these trying times. I also understand that this is an Applebees, not a Michelin starred restaurant. However to be subjected to bad food on a Friday night during peak hours (right after Happy Hour, in fact) does not bode well for the future of this restaurant. My family and I love Applebees, but we will be taking our business elsewhere until the quality of the...

Ordered 2 meals on the 2 for 22 menu along with mozzarella sticks, appetizer never comes. Waiter seems new, we were trying to be patient. He offers to take the appetizer off the bill, which I figured would not be cheaper, as we would be paying full price for our entrees instead of getting the 2 for 22 price. He insists it will be cheaper, lo and behold it is not; we were charged full price for the 2 entrees, adding up to more than 22 dollars. We were so fruustrated by that point we paid the bill and left. Waiter was kind but ill informed, kitchen was unorganized. Not to mention they got my side dish wrong, they brought onion rings when I wanted fries. No big deal, I let them know my dish was incorrect, the side they gave me is what my husband ordered. One of the other wait staff helping says "well how about, he can eat it if he wants, and you don't have to!!" In the snobbiest, most impatient tone ever. No apology. Never brought the fries, did nothing to fix the problem. My sister likes onion rings so we switched sides so I could have some fries. I wish we hadn't tipped considering the disrespect and the fact that we were overcharged. Our table was clean but the table behind us who had just been seated had to ask the wait staff to vaccuum around their table because the last party left so much trash on the floor and the bussers did the most minimal job cleaning it. Never had such an issue with this place before, I dont know if they were having a bad day or under staffed but this was completely...

So what I thought would be easy to run and get for lunch turned out to a be a circus of very bad customer service. As I walked in, it took way too long for someone to help me with my on the go order. You would think for them to be open for only 30 min, which I called ahead, they would have all of there ducks in a row and be ready to give good service and be alert to help and serve when one walks through that door. As I was finally receiving help after some time went by, I was told to sit down, that they messed up my order and it would be a little longer, all the while my lunch time was being used up. When a order was brought out, it turned out to be both the wrong order and wrong name. So the young girl was sent back in to see about the right order, but when she came out, she had to ask another waitress who standing by who order this was all the while I was the only one standing there in which she was stand offish to even give me my order along with taking my money and giving me change. It really made me think twice why i was treated this way?? By then my lunch was pretty much over and as I was back on the job, come to find out my order was still wrong and didn't get everything that I paid for which was a very pricey. I would NOT Recommend this location by far at all unless you want people to be rude while you wait forever getting both bad food along with terrible service. My time and money would never be spent here at this location even if...
