My buddy and I walked in around 8:50PM on a quiet Sunday night. I ordered a 10 Piece Spicy chicken nugget and made it a large combo. The ordering process (at least in the dining room) is quite chaotic. My buddy ordered first and instead of letting us fix our drinks at the soda fountain like normal, the cashiers insisted on fixing our drinks themselves at the drive thru soda fountain which is not one of the fancy digital coke fountains located in the dining room. We later realized that this was due to the coke machine in the dining room being out of most soft drink syrups. Nonetheless, the food was very well priced by today’s standards with none of us breaking the bank on fast food. When handed our drinks, we searched for a good table to sit at but were disappointed to find that most of the tables were unkept and dirty (this may have to do with the time that we were eating here) we were eventually able to find a clean table to enjoy our meals. The drinks were very flavorful with just the right amount of syrup and carbonation. The food (for me at least) was very good, the nuggets were crispy on the outside, warm, and cooked to perfection on the inside. However, there were a few regular nuggets mixed in with my spicy nuggets. Additionally, when using the restroom facilities, the toilet paper was not kept properly in the dispenser. Instead, it was rested on top of the grab bar for the user making for an awkward time trying to use the toilet paper. All in all, the restaurant was quiet and the food was okay but lacking in customer service and an unkept...
Read moreOne of the only saving graces of this location is Alexia.
After I paid for my order, the line cooks realized they didn't have an item. They offered a comparable substitute, but it was something I wasn't able to eat. I was able to change my order. The frosty machine wasn't working properly so I was able to change to a soda.
These changes made my total less than the original amount I paid. Alexia got the manager to handle the refund. The manager was being really difficult about the refund. He didn't properly know how to do it and started asking Alexia how even though she's not a manager. She did offer other suggestions, like doing a partial cash refund, but the manager didn't seem to want to do that. The manager asked if I would take the original order if he gave me the item they said they didn't have. I told him they had already given me the new order.
Then he tried to say my card was declining even though it wasn't and Alexia made sure he finished the refund. The manager even tried to throw away the receipts and Alexia stopped him and told him to give me copies. He tossed down the receipts and my card on the table and walked away. Alexia made sure I got copies of the receipts and my card back. She even explained which receipt was which.
Alexia, I appreciate you sticking up for me during this really awkward situation. If anyone should be a manager in this situation, it was you. I hope you don't receive any retaliation from the management team for...
Read moreThree stars. not because of employees, wait or service but because of management. Let me preface by saying, this place is clearly always busy. The "Karen" in front of me was rude as all get out to the gentleman at the counter and he just took the L and kept it moving. Took a while for me just to get my order in because there was three people just running around like they were getting paid well, we all know that's not the case. I think management is the one to blame for lack of staff and conditions that they are working in. Maybe if they had some actual AC(and Don't act like it's the temperature outside effecting the establishment, chic fila down the street can provide AC for their employees, pretty sure this corporation can too) there wouldn't be a high turn over and they'd retain staff. To that gentleman that was super nice to that old lady after she was so rude, more power to you, you need a raise. It's 2022, management needs to upgrade and stop being stingy and treat their...
