Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Boston

Really disappointing experience here. Came in with our daughter and were forced to buy some little jams after she picked them up to look and put them back down. This was apparently “because a child touched them and no one will want to buy them anymore.”

Nowhere was it posted that if you touch it you buy it. We saw multiple people pick up water bottles and put them back and not be charged. After paying for the jams, we gave them back to the barista as a ‘gift’ (turns out they weren’t a fruit we’d likely eat) and she promptly took them back (bare hands), through them in the garbage, and proceeded to make the next persons drink without washing her hands. We then went to eat our breakfast at a table that in the 15 minutes we’d already been there still hadn’t been cleaned from the previous people.

Not sure if the barista was having a bad day or something, but next time they decide to selectively execute on unspoken, unposted policies, I’d appreciate them not targeting my little family. Completely ruined the experience and just came across as...

I personally love the location of this cafe, it is close to the waterfront for when you want to take a walk after grabbing your morning sandwich and coffee, or you can dine in and enjoy the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi here is great because it is a three hour connection which is great for casual business meetings, or studying for class.

I ordered a latte, and I was very happy about how much foam there was when I received my latte, because for it me it makes or breaks my drink. The atmosphere in Caffe Nero is very inviting, which makes it a perfect place to study, read or chit chat.

Realizing the morning hours ticking by you can see how busy this place can get in the morning, it is not too shabby of an idea to get there a little early around nine o'clock.

I'm excited to be back soon to enjoy another good cappuccino with extra foam on a early...

THIS IS THERE TRAINING CENTER NOT A THOROUGH AS COUNTER CULTURE IN SOMERVILLE OR INTELLIGENTSIA IN WATERTOWN CAFE IS HUGE ORDERED A ESPRESSO WAS INTERESTING BARISTAS BOTH HAD NO IDEA WHAT COFFEE I WAS DRINKING, IT WAS A SAT, THEY HAD A TRAINING CLASS BEHIND THE GLASS OVERLOOKING CAFE, MY FRIEND SHOWED UP I THEN ORDERED 2 SMALL CAPPUCCINO A DOUBLE CHOC, MUFFIN A BISCOTTI, THE CAPPYS WERE WHITE FOAM BUBBLES BELOW IT WAS THE COFFEE. THIS IS A TRAINING CENTER ? THE MUFFIN TURNS OUT TO BE A CHOC, CUPCAKE A VERY EXPENSIVE ONE NOW THE BISCOTTI WAS THE HARDEST PERFUME SMELLING NOT EDIBLE UNLESS YOU DUNK RUINING A DRINK WAS NOT VERY IMPRESSED THEY HAVE THE LATEST EQUIPMENT FIRST CLASS BUT OPENED 3 WEEKS AGO ALL OVER BOSTON NEEDS HELP BIG TIME CHECK OUT MY PICS NICE PLACE NEEDS A REAL BARISTA PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IS SO HELPFUL TRY AGAIN...
