What sets a company apart is not what they do and how good their customer service is when something goes right but what they do when something goes wrong. Two weeks ago, I placed an order for cupcakes to celebrate my pups birthday, which we know will be her last due to cancer so we wanted to make it special. I requested to have them delivered a day before her actual birthday to ensure they would be there in plenty of time. When I still had not received notice of the shipment the day they were scheduled to be delivered I called and was assured they would be delivered the next day that they were just a little behind. Unfortunately, the next day came and went and two days after that we still never received our order. This left us with nothing to give our pup on her birthday. When I requested a refund they issued it promptly which was obviously the absolute least they could do, since we never received our order, but they did not even apologize or offer to do anything else to try to compensate us for the screw up or even offer to send a makeup box of cupcakes. I typically like to support small local businesses but given the lack of care and customer service in this situation I would have a difficult time recommending this...
Read moreI placed an order on Friday for Monday 10:00am pickup. Got there on Monday at 9:47am. I understood I was early and I let her know that I was fine waiting until 10 of course. A min later I receive a call from her saying she dropped the pup cakes. Fine accidents happen but then she some how insinuates that she dropped them because she was in a rush like that was my fault because I was 13 mins early. I never had a problem waiting until 10.
So I spent my money. Ordered ahead of time. Drove into downtown Boston and instead of her apologizing she plays the blame game and doesn’t even offer to deliver them. Just my refund and a attitude. Oh she just texted me with a coupon code of $5. Worst part was the attitude like she doesn’t even care she wasted my gas and time.
So if I had waited for her to remake the cakes I would have still paid the full price. Makes no sense. Don’t waste your time on this place. She’s very unprofessional.

Read moreI was scrambling last min to find a cake or pup cakes for my Lil Princess Sofia's 1st Birthday today. I legitimately ordered my pupcakes at aprox. 10pm last night. When I went on her website this morning to find out the pickup instructions I read I was supposed to have called or texted her for last min orders. I felt awaful and immediately texted her in a panic. Sarah was AMAZING she responded immediately and told me not worry she could still do my order. All she asked if at all possible we push back my pickup time by a lil bit. I had no problem doing so since it was absolutely my fault for waiting til the last min. She was so friendly, extremely courteous, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE MY BABY GIRL HAD A FANTASTIC BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!! I cannot thank her enough for doing such an incredible job , her pup cakes were a HUGE SUCCESS with all Sofia's furry friends!!! I will be recommending her to to all my firiends and family as well as using her again for all of Sofia's birthdays to come! Thank you so much I am 1 very happy...
