My personal favorite touch? The Marky Mark poster from his heyday โ€“ a truly iconic piece of decor! I 10/10 recommend The Dot Tavern for a great time. You won't be disappointed!

Ive been charged a different price for the carlsburg pint everytime ive walked in there Sometimes 3, sometimes 8 Music is too loud and bad and the bartender had a sloppy pour I will quench my thirst elsewhere.

I was here bc it's near the my Airbnb's neighborhood. You need to go there hungry. Pizza on fire!! (Okay not Napoli pizza). Guinness pint is better than average. I like everyone in pub. Hugs ๐Ÿค—

This is ONLY BAR in Metro Boston, Dorchester area that will cost consumer a mere $ 4.50 for a very HEAVY HANDED mixed liquor drink!!! FACT!! You'll not find better pricing for cocktail ANYWHERE within 5-7 Mi. radius.... Boston "drinks" @ bars / clubs begin @ $ 8.00 - $ 14.00 and only increase from there.... I don't work there, nor know many who drink there that influence this rating.... Try Dot Tavern.... You'll likely stay after the amount of $$ you save anywhere within local area!!!

Greatest gosh danged bar of all time. We're talking two 8-foot pool tables, keno, pin ball, darts, keno, surprisingly good jukebox/sound system, scratch ticket machine. Honestly the only thing I can think of to make this place better would be one of those cigarette vending machines and a more comfortable couch to sleep on.

Great prices, great people, great times.

Edit: under new ownership and they got rid of the pool tables and couches and vending...

What a great locals bar! I was in town on business for a week and was there 4 or 5 times. Local people very friendly. All the bartenders were great, especially Kim and Megan. As of Nov 2023, $3 PBRs. Reasonablely priced drinks. Plenty of TVs for sports. No food at the time but the new kitchen equipment is in place waiting on permits. If I'm in the area I'll be back! They have a trivia...
