Pita Restaurant: Where Your Taste Buds Go on a Vacation!" If you're looking for a restaurant that serves food so good it'll make you question every meal you've ever eaten, Pita is the spot. The chicken and lamb here aren’t just cooked to perfection—they’re practically serenading you on the plate. It’s like a gourmet love story where the meat and spices eloped in a pita wedding. The salad? Oh, it’s not just refreshing—it’s the kind of crisp, vibrant salad that makes you wonder if all the other salads in the world are just phoning it in. And let’s talk about the hummus. This isn’t just hummus; it’s THE HUMMUS. The kind of hummus that makes you want to call your mom and tell her about it. If you think you’ve had good hummus before, think again. The customer service is so friendly, you might leave wondering if you just met your new best friend. The staff is attentive, polite, and they somehow always know when you need a refill of your drink or a second helping of pita. Plus, this place is spotless—so clean you could probably eat off the floor (but please don’t, because you’ll want every bite of your food to land in your mouth). Honestly, this might just be my new favorite spot to sit, eat, and contemplate why I don’t live closer. Pita Restaurant has officially ruined all other restaurants for me. 10/10 would recommend, and 11/10 would eat here again.

I had the pleasure of eating a wonderful, very affordable breakfast at Pita in the South End. I enjoyed scrambled eggs with hamburger meat mixed in and feta cheese on top...along with hummus, a generous portion of bread and tabouli. All this with a hot coffee and baklava for $7.50. The waitress was very friendly as she waited on me and the counter clerk spoke to me in French. Both made me feel very welcome. There was Moroccan background music in the background which added a pleasant atmosphere to this Mediterranean Restaurant. All in all, a truly great experience. I definitely plan on eating there again in the near future.

I frequent Pita and honestly this place is delicious! I consider this restaurant a hole in the wall for it's location and its interior decor. This is one of those places you know hits the spot because you can smell the food from almost a block away LOL. The workers are friendly and the food tastes like it's made with some love. The chicken kabob combo plate and or the chicken kabob pita wrap are my go-to. I know I will be satisfied and not to heavily full. On the real though, this food gives me the " it's" and if you're familiar with the "itis" you know what I'm talking about!! Definitely recommend!

My family and I are at this establishment this past Wednesday night. The chicken shawarma appeared to be dry and old. I made a comment to my husband but he stated that it should be fine. Once my mother in law got home she threw up and I followed her a couple hours later. That night was a night from hell. We all had food poisoning. I believe the chicken may have been old. We did not eat anything after or before this meal.

I’ve never had a bad experience before. I believe with slow business it may be hard for the restaurant and that is why food is being saved for longer period of time.

I recommend for anyone coming here and eats the shawarma to make sure it is fresh and from that day.

Your reply is insane! as a Moroccan I would never want to hinder on someone's job or livelihood. Your food made my whole family sick. This is not the first time I ate at your establishment.

You need to be able to take feedback and be informed when your food made someone very ill. Take responsibility. The Fatmi family has always been a huge support to you and recommended your establishment, but with this disgusting behavior and attitude we will never do so again. Inshallah I hope you...

I recently visited south and Pita .and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. I tried the chicken shawarma wrap and the hummus platter — both were outstanding! The ingredients tasted high-quality, and you can tell everything is prepared with great care.

What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I especially want to thank the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He personally checked on our table, offered great menu suggestions, and ensured everything was perfect. His kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our visit even more memorable.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and has a great atmosphere. Whether you’re dining in or taking food to go, Pita is a place I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys delicious Mediterranean cuisine and top-quality service.

Thank you again to the manager and the entire team for such a great dining experience — I will definitely be...
