This isn’t directed toward John - the owner - who is amazing when he is working - but toward the other staff. I came into the store after 1 guy, although my to go order (large order) had been placed beforehand. He got his sandwich before me, which is fine since I came in second and he just had one sandwich. They tell me it’ll be a 30 minute wait. I step to the side, and they tell me to wait outside on a 100 degree day - no thanks, I’m waiting inside. Four other customers came in after me, ordered, all got their food before me despite my pick up time being quoted at 11:37 (7 minutes after I got to the store and got quoted 30). Then I ask why this way and sharing my feelings and the counter woman gave me an attitude because I was sharing my feelings of being disrespected since they served 4 customers that came after me. There was no washroom where you could wash your hands. They tell you to go to a restaurant next door if you need a washroom. They did have hand sanitizer available. Overall all decent sandwiches which could use a few more options rather than just oil and vinegar...

Great prices, great ingredients (they really load you up), and the workers are always kind. By far my favorite sandwich shop in the area as a picky east-coast native.
The restaurant is tiny, so don’t plan on eating there unless it’s outdoor seating. When the parking lot is full it’s hard to figure out where to go, especially since Arapahoe traffic is always heavy and some streets around it are one-ways. I sometimes park near the strip mall behind Zodiac if their parking is full (but warning they do have tow...
