Don’t get me wrong. The food is good. But we decided to stop by after not having gone there in about a year. We went through the drive through where the person taking the order was unkind and very pushy.. When we got up to the window he told us our total and then turned away from us. Without even acknowledging us or looking at us one time, he handed us our drink while looking very unhappy and rolled his eyes and then closed the window. Did not come back for a total of 10 min and then handed us a very greasy bag of food (which I know the food is greasy in general but the bag was covered in grease) and handed it to us as if he was very annoyed and upset. He gave us what seemed like a required have a good day but was still very unfriendly about it. I don’t know what the rest of the customer service is like but we are very disappointed in the customer service that we received from this employee.. It could have been because of the lunch hour rush, he could have been having a bad day. I am willing to give places and people another chance But if other people get treated this way when trying to support a local chain restaurant they will probably be going...
Read moreWent with my disabled fiance and she could not get in the building, the apparent wheelchair accessible entry is too high of an obstacle for a power chair to get through and the angle is way too steep. It is definitely not complient with ADA. I asked to speak with the manager and the shift supervisor came out and claimed it was accessible. I stated that I would just call the fire marshal. It would not have affected her in any way but she chose to be verbally defensive. I went to ask my fiance what she wanted so we could get it to go, I went back inside and was overhearing the apparent manager being verbally abusive along with 2 other employees regarding the issue. I hope they get fired and I did indeed contact the fire marshal and Taco John's corporate HQ. Not at all happy with the treatment at this location.

However, the person on the other end must have not turned off his microphone and began curing at what I assume is another employee. Then when I started my order, he was very short and rushed sounding. This is the heavier set person that is always working the window. This is not an isolated incident, as i have witnessed this same person curse and belittle another employee when my wife and I were dining in. If I had an employee like this that worked for me, he would no longer work in my store. His customer service skills are non- existent at best.
