We stopped by for the first time today for their one year special. Even though the chicken was not available, we all enjoyed the other wraps and the falafel platter. Baklava was dense but also flaky and sweet but not overly so. A light but still rich treat. A few of our friends have been here before and had nothing but good things to say when we came bearing shawarma. Logan took our order today and was nice. Bus is clean, air conditioned, staff super friendly and knows what they’re doing.

The menu may be simple but after having the falafel platter, it was obvious that every element was carefully prepared using excellent recipes and quality ingredients. The falafel were perfect in texture and flavor, hummus some of the best I’ve had in years, salad and rice were delicious and balanced the whole thing out beautifully. Also AMAZING FRIES!
