THIS IS A TWO PART POST BEFORE AND AFTER READ ALL*
First the positive, store has been renovated and looks great. I've never had any problems with employees at all. They have always been polite and courteous. Orders have always been accurate (just not hot).
Now the negative, the time before last my pizza was warm at best. Today, my pizza was cold. I don't know if they are stacking orders and delivering all at once or not, but I feel I tip well enough to get a HOT PIZZA!!!
Won't be ordering anymore.
Within one minute of posting review I received a phone call from Jillian and we discussed my concerns. Mind you we were both civilized from the very beginning of the conversation (imagine that) and she apologized, explained someone called out, which I know all too well being I owned a pizzeria before. I thanked her for honesty, informed her that I will continue to order again in the future and update my review.
To the owner of the store, you can't please everyone, some people just like to complain. I would put an asterisk by Jillian''s name because our conversation could of went no better. Wish I had employees like that young lady. I would give her the benefit of the doubt if anyone said she was disrespectful or treated them bad. She isn't someone you would see being interviewed on Water's World at our colleges. That isn't a get out of jail free card...
Read moreWe ordered a phone order, ordered a large pie with onion, peppers and half pineapple with a thin crust. And they repeated the order back to me to make sure. Once we got here the order was wrong. They made me a pan pizza with all three topping on the entire pizza. So we went back in and was like hey the order is made wrong. So the manager Sherry's came out and told me to repeat my order so they can make it perfect. So I repeated my order to her. Had her repeat it back to make true they understood it. Once the pizza was done and we went again yo pick it up. They again messed up the pizza again. It was thin crust but the topping were all over the pizza. We went in to see what happened this time. And she started to argue with us, that your order is just to much and confusion. So we just asked for our money back and we walked out. After that we called sherry back on the phone to see if we can get a number to dominos to call and have this issue resolved. She hung out the phone with us with a rude attitude. I agree they can make mistakes but it would be nice if you can resolve that mistakes. We had a child in the car that was hungry and we had to leave and go...
Read moreWe called on Saturday 9/11 about making a large order of 12 to 15 pizzas for Sunday 9/12. The guy on the phone was nice and tried to put the order in the system that day but he could not match the online pricing and told us to just put in the order on Sunday and give them an hour to make the pizza, and we did just as he suggested. We picked up the pizzas and took them to the party only to be very disappointed. The order was not correct we order 4 cheese pizza and received 7 cheese pizza, we ordered 4 pepperoni pizza and got 1. We called them to let them know how incorrect it was and all they would offer was for us to come and get the correct pizza now or never. We were in the middle of my 5 year olds birthday party and that was not an option. We asked if they could just comp us next time we ordered and they refused. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. YOU Messed up the order and the way it was handled was not at all right. We did what we were told by one of your employees. Fix your mistakes!!!
