I recently visited McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by the level of awesomeness I encountered. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with a chorus of angels singing "Hallelujah!" (or at least that's what it sounded like in my head). The burgers were juicy and delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection. And let's talk about the shakes – they were so thick and creamy that I could hardly believe they were real. The employees I've dealt with are fairly polite. However, McDonalds in Buckeye must think they can price gouge customers just because they are in Buckeye, AZ. My 5 year old daughter drags me into McDonalds to buy her an ice cream cone. I order a regular cone for .59 cents. I also ordered a large cone which was priced over a dollar. When I received my order, both cones were basically the same size. I complained the the nice girl at the register and she made me another which was again the same size as the regular cone. I think most stores in the Buckeye, AZ. area believe they can charge customers more because we'll have to drive another 15 to 20 miles east just get better service. Something needs to be done about the over pricing, or the lack of goods we are getting for the price we pay. Even gas is higher in Buckeye than in most other parts of the valley. I don't only give McDonalds a rating of 2 stars but most other stores in the city of Buckeye. The people are mostly polite, but you really don't get the quality or quantity of product here that you pay for. This McDonalds is inside the Walmart store, which also seems to take products off the shelves which go on sale eslwhere just so they dont have to price match like they...

Went here for the first time, just moved to the area NEVER AGAIN will I go here!!! Came here to pick up my online order by mistake I chose this location NEVER AGAIN!!! I guess she was a manager or wanted to be a manager no name badge to say who she was. At the counter leaned over the bags texting on her phone no kind of Customer Service. I walked in to grab my order and they were in the middle of putting it together as it is the prices are way over the top. My French fries weren't even full I ordered it without salt and apparently somebody can't read. They were soggy and cold. And they should've been fresh. Finally when I got my order they only gave me part of my order. Truth be told to much going on as a worker myself if a customer is trying to show me that there order isn't right and can show proof of what they ordered I would make it right for the customer seeing who ever she was suppose to be the manager was busy. Instead of looking like a 🦌 in headlights. Don't waste your time. Or money!!! McDonald's is not the same anymore!!! Worker's dressed any kind of way.
