Starbucks — Restaurant in Buena Park

This is the newest and largest of the Starbucks in Orange County that has quickly become the favorite of many “Starbuckers” whom have now shifted their patronage to this store from other premium coffeehouses (including other Starbuck locations).

The Starbucks Company wisely installed as the Store Manager for this O.C. flagship 'Buck a highly-capable, resourceful, and progressive-thinking Administrator overseeing an impressive staff of 30+ very experienced Baristas. Manager Danielle Ventura is also advancing the scope of what a Starbucks can evolve into by inaugurating activities which very well might serve as a model for future Starbucks.

On June 26th, Ms. Ventura set aside a portion of the extraordinarily expansive premises to host a Community-oriented art event which introduced rudimentary oil-and-acrylic painting to the everyday customers. For a small fee, Ms. Ventura provided a sizeable artisan canvas, brushes, paint, and other accoutrements for budding artists. To facilitate the experience, Danielle brought in a professional graphic artist to instruct everyone on creative painting. It was a wonderful experience for all 20 participants whom produced quite impressive “beginning” paintings (see photo). This event follows the Manager’s initial community event: hosting a social-mixer for customers to become better acquainted with local law enforcement (shortly after the store had its Grand Opening in May 2019). If I could give this place negative stars it definitely deserves it. I went in on a Saturday afternoon there was only one person ahead of me in line I heard the woman order just a grande drink. I ordered 2 grande hot drinks and waited 21 minutes for them. I decided to use the restroom while I was waiting and I was in absolute shock there was urine all over the floor in one so I decided to use the other one which wasn't any better there was so much dirt a grease all over the sink it was black there were feces all over the toilet well lets just say I opted to not use the restroom. I headed back over to wait for my drink finally they were complete I asked the barista for stoppers for my drinks he handed me two of them but dropped one on the filthy counter he picked it up and handed it to me I told him that I would like a new one he sighed as if I was inconveniencing him to get another. Finally was going to be able to get out of here as I walked for the door the women in front of me slipped on the floor because liquid was leaking from the trash can. I helped her up and asked if she was ok she too seemed relieved to be leaving. I told her that she needed to inform them that she had fallen but she had just walked out. I went back to the counter to inform the women that there was coffee on the floor she looked at me and said that she was going on her break and it would have to wait. We ordered 8 different drinks costing about $40 +dollars. This star bucks is on Beach blvd, Buena Park next to the wax museum and I believe across the street from Midevil Times. It was about 10:30pm. The drinks were Carmel Fraps, dragon tea, vanilla bean and etc. The problem is they had little flavor tasting like ice mostly. The shift supervisor, MICHELLE, seemed to have an attitude right off the back while ordering and even shorted us a drink. We were unhappy with 3 of the drinks and the other lady on the shift with 2 toned grey black short hair and glasses, she was extremely helpful and tried to fix the drinks, but adding expresso to the drinks wrecked them further, but she tried. She offered a refund and we agreed. The shift supervisor, MICHELLE, comes outside and totally insults my wife and daughter, stating well if you want a refund we need drinks back and telling the other lady " they are probably trying to get free drinks"We said fine. We wasted like 30 minutes while all this was happening and 3 people ended up without drinks, insulted and mad as heck. She is lucky those drinks didn't end up all over star bucks window. Michelle, you are a disgrace and should be fired. Infact, the other lady would be more fit to be the supervisor or manager. I'm being nice in this comment, because I would really love to say what I really think of you! Shame on...
