Morgan, is one of the kindest, and friendly's managers, at this Chili's, in Spring Branch Texas, the rest of the manger's, at this Chill's, in are not, except Cheyenne, she a nice person too, that brings out the orders, on the curbside pickup, and she's a hard worker too, and always friendly, with here customers, through the curbside order pickup's, but i had my gallbladder removed, 2 years ago, and i got to be very careful, what i eat, i order a-lot of lunch special's, at this Chili's, Monday through Friday, and Morgan, always, let's me substitute, for a side order, without getting the soup, on the lunch special's, Monday through Friday because i can't eat the salad, or the soup, that you gets, with the lunch special's, but the soup and salad, tears my stomach up, real bad, having know gallbladder, and now, the other managers, talk to Morgan, telling her, that she can't substitute, for me, anymore, i got to get, what comes with the lunch special's, so i get the soup, for my brother, because he can eat the soup, when i can't, having know gallbladder, to digest the soup or salad, and this Chili's in Spring Branch Texas, made a quit of few mistake's, over charging me, on my curbside pickup order's, quit of few times, and the cook, as burnt my grilled chicken, and quit few times, and undercook my sirloin 6oz steak, were it is red, in the middle of it, but the main reason, why i still, keep doing business, with this Chili's, in Spring Branch Texas, because of Morgan, and Cheyenne, they both, understand, what people can't eat, when they don't have a gallbladder, the other managers, don't understand, and the other staff workers, don't understand, but they will see, when they don't have a gallbladder, when they try to eat soup or salad, or fried food, it will tear there stomach up, and the thing, that don't make know sense either, the side order, is only a $1.99 and the soup is $4.99 you would think, the other managers, would let me get the side order, without, getting the soup, on the lunch special's, but they don't, they told me, and the staff workers told me, i got to get, what comes with the...
Read moreI just got home after eating a late dinner at the Chili’s in Bulverde, Texas. It was the best dining experience I’ve had in as long as I can remember whether it be a fast food restaurant or one with white lemon tablecloths. I was greeted by a friendly hostess, who engaged me. I’m sorry I don’t know her name. I was then greeted by my server. Her name was Maddie she was friendly she helped me with substitutions I wanted and was at the table before I even needed her. She brought me a refills before I asked for them. Everything was done with a smile, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. I even apologize to her because I was playing online trivia at the table and I felt bad that I didn’t give her my best acknowledgment because I was too busy trying to win the game the manager without me asking stop by the table to ask how everything was his name is Rhett Derby. He was friendly chatted with me didn’t act like he was in a rush. The experience was absolutely amazing. The Bulverde chilies location is not the closest one to me, but I will always go out of my way to the Bulverde location to receive that kind of stellar customer service. The only reason that I gave a four star answer to the food was that the rice was a little too sticky someone reading this might think I’m too picky but I’ve done this kind of work for a living in the past this chilies location deserves six stars unfortunately, I can only give them five sincerely...
Read moreI have to vent somehow bc I’m so frustrated. I was craving salmon the whole day, ordered dinner for all my family tonight, steak for me husband, beef fajitas for my son and MY salmon…. Yep! You guess right! Here I am at the to go park waiting 7 minutes after checking in, calling to the restaurant to find out why my order hasn’t been brought to me yet when out of the blue the to go server pops up beside my window apologizing bc they run out of SALMON and if I have something else in mind to replace the order 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Well… I’m already frustrated this is not the time and moment for me to know that you guys were out of salmon, that was to be expressed right after my order was placed over the phone or text or email… whatever, yet I asked: so everything else is done? Just the salmon is missing from my order? And the server says: yes, everything else is done. I told her to give me what is ready so I can go home.
