Staff here doesn't really speak English well I came to a international restaurant McDonald's every time I go to a new country that's where I always go to because that's the only thing that I know for certain what is the food is like but when I came here in Singapore it seems like their stuff is not sensible not caring in a sense that the stuff is old and not trained well it was disappointing because I wanted to keep on coming to McDonald's every time when I'm here but I feel like I had to go somewhere else because the customer service was lackluster simple question like if they had Mac sauce if I could order in the side they had no idea what the hell is Mac sauce was that I asked for another separate sauce that I could have then I guess they were just so frustrated that all speaking English that they just said no to everything I was asking for the one thing that was frustrating was when I was eating I saw it another person with one of the sauce I asked for I figured if it's an international restaurant like McDonald's they should really consider to hire staff members that is knowledgeable and able to at least conversated some type of English pertaining to the restaurant not just because they are older and they need a job does not mean that it's well for McDonald's like me and I think other foreigners that I've spoken to felt the same way drove us away where we wanted to go there because that's what we know I hope that McDonald's here in Singapore listens to us also and really fix it cuz I'm planning to come back or even go to another country and hope that the people they hire is better not in the sense it just giving jobs to people that they think deserves it I think it's more that they should give the job that people can...
Read moreThis is a case where McDonald's wanted a location so badly, they literally crammed a quarter sized restaurant into a portion of a lot next to a large intersection. Today, as we drove up to the drive through at 11:15am (10/20/2022), we couldn't make out where the ordering screen and speaker were until we went too far and asked a worker who happened to be taking some trash out where it was, and then had to back our car up to it. It's positioned over an old order window, no confirmation monitor to check one's order there, and the speaker is easy to miss. This is exactly what we ordered with only one car in front of it. One small Coke, and one regular cheeseburger. When we got to the first window, we paid, and at the second window, we were told to drive to the #1 space for late orders and asked to wait for our order. We waited about three minutes.... let me repeat... we waited three minutes for a small Coke and a regular cheeseburger. I can't imagine what was happening inside this location to require us to wait in a special space for three minutes for such a simple and...
Read moreBeware, the drive thru is hell! I hope the franchise owner takes the time to read this because he or she needs to make changes. I use the drive thru about twice a week at 515 am. On extremely rare occasions I get this super cool asian kid that knows how to greet and take orders without me wondering what the hell he said. On most occasions though, I get this extremely rude lady, who sounds like she smokes too many cigarettes, take my order. No good morning, no thank you. It's more like 'what can I get you?' 'Is that it?' 'Second window!' I have a dash cam and can prove my claims. I find myself leaving with Shame over my head, shame that I keep coming back to this place. My addiction to their coffee is what does me in. In contrast, Burger King down the street have people who speak proper English that welcome you to their establishment with hello's and thank you's. The drive thru at BK is lightning fast compared to McD. There is tons to improve, and I'm getting...
