My husband and I drove more than an hour specifically because we live in the country and we wanted Arby's. We only drove for Arby's, to be clear, we didn't stop anywhere else. When we got there we told them that we drove all the way there for their food, they talked like they were impressed by that but they only disappointed us.
I know that I ordered my food correctly but the guy apparently did not listen, he rang it up wrong. They made our food and handed it to us and told us thanks for driving so far for their food. We went ahead and checked our order and half of the sandwiches were wrong. It was the sandwiches I ordered for my 17 and 21 yr old sons who were not with us. I ordered them both a large sandwich because my sons are men. I was given small sandwiches instead. The manager made a big deal about it and it took her a good 10 minutes to figure out how to charge us more and they didn't make our correct sandwiches until she figured out how to use her own register.
We drove 70 something minutes for that and ended up with COLD FOOD. We deserve a refund. We wasted our time, gas, and money. Shame on you Arby's. We will not drive for your food ever again.
Anyone reading this should go eat somewhere else, this location absolutely sucks. Bad management. They disrespected us over less than $4 after THEY made a mistake. That is friggen pathetic, you know it and I know it and everyone...
Read moreWith so many bad reviews all from so recently you would think they’d get better management and employees to actually run the place. Today I ordered a 40$ order on DoorDash. After placing my order I realized I’d forgotten to add Mac and cheese to the order, so I called the store to see if they could add it to my order. After finally getting to someone after 10 minutes on hold I explained the situation and asked if I could add the Mac and cheese to the order. The employee said, and I quote, “ can’t you do it through the app” and I explained that I in fact could not she said well okay, and hung up on me. So I called back but again by the time I got through to someone who cared about my business my dasher had already left, and was not able to do anything about the missing Mac and cheese. My dasher then gets here and I am missing half of my order. So I go up to the establishment, and I go through the drive through because the inside is currently closed. And they ask me to pull to the window after I tell them the situation. While trying to tell the lady at the window what happened the woman who hung up on me moved her out of the way threw the rest of my order at me, and walked away. There was a tiny spot of cheddar smaller than a quarter and the meat was cold and tasted old. I was worried about unsafe temps enough that I did not eat it for fear of food poisoning. The lady at the drive through window was obviously on something. She was working her jaw like there were no tomorrow and when it was time to get my card and receipt back, instead of politely asking me if I would like a receipt she asked my in so rudely that I was honestly shocked. When I told her "yes", she takes the receipt and my card and shoves them in my hand so hard that I almost dropped the card while rudely telling me here's your receipt. I wish I had recorded the whole thing. But nobody expects to be treated like that at a restaurant. I will not be back. Food poisoning and hostility is not my idea of a good time.
