Service was ok, my husband and I just moved to the area and had stopped in once before while checking out the area with his father and we had ordered the buttermilk fried chicken and it was delicious, my husband loved their ranch. So yesterday we wanted to go somewhere to sit down for a late lunch, early supper, I am 5 months pregnant and was ready for a good salad. We stopped in at about 5pm and he ordered the 6oz sirloin with fries and I ordered the jammin fried chicken salad with sweet tea. The iced tea was old, like maybe from the night before? I ended up switching it for a dr pepper. The steak my husband ordered had no juice and was very very dry. The french fries were a huge disappointment, he was expecting steak fries, since they seem to serve steaks and lobster, he got thin 'fast food' french fries. His steak was cold when it was brought to the table. We said nothing, then I had to go find management because almost every tomato in my salad was GREEN and they served mostly The core, apparently the cooks do not care, I asked the waitress if I could have some more tomatoes because these are green as she brought me a whole cup of not ripe, white and green tomatoes, the next issue is the chicken in the salad, I ordered the fried chicken salad and even after it soaked in ranch while waiting for the tomatoes , which eventually the manager personally cut me some red ones, I ended up chipping a tooth on the chicken! I would call the resturant and make them aware of this issue but I doubt they care, we just spent $3,000 getting my teeth fixed two weeks ago and now I have to go back to the dentist over eating a piece of chicken. If you are looking for a good steak or salad, it's worth the drive to Texas Roadhouse. Don't waste your money here! The rolls were good and my husband did get some fresh hot coffee. We won't be back though. I wish I would have read the reviews before we went here, I see a lot of complaints about uneatable chicken. We basically wasted $30...

We had one of the worst experiences today at your Burleson TX location. We decided to have my birthday meal here after having hit the gym. When we went in the didn't even have any kids menus for my daughter and we had to rely on what the server could tell us... I'm visual and prefer to see. The spinach artichoke dip we ordered was watery and soupy. We then ordered a filet mignon and a top sirloin. When the food came my top sirloin was cold like it had been sitting out for a while it wasn't even warm and neither were my sides I had ordered the steak medium. I had brought it to the servers attention and she tried to rectify the situation by letting the kitchen staff know and re making a new one. 10 minutes later she brought me the exact same steak my fiancé and I had eaten off of. One that is very unsanitary and makes me wonder how many eaten off of steaks have touched the grill. My "remade" steak was well done. I sent it back and waited 30 minutes for the new steak. By that time I had already eaten my sides as they were getting cold waiting on my steak. When the new steak had been brought to me we cut into it to find the steak was so tough we couldn't even eat it. We brought it to the attention of the manager who apologized and took the steak off but stood by the fact he believed his cooks that made the steak were good at their jobs. There is a window to the kitchen and you can clearly see every single time the employee got on his phone. How disgusting that the same phone most people take to the bathroom and stuff in and out of their pockets ... was in his hand as he was cooking our meals. I am appalled and disgusted with this location and will never be returning. The tarrant county health department needs to come in and grade how terrible this place is. The manager on duty was Justin.
