Horrible customer service given by Darron!!! I was there to pick up an Uber order I waited a little bit for the order which I’m ok with finally a young lady asked me for the order number I give it to her and she goes and makes the order for me and hands me the two bags I say thank you and so does she and I leave I’m verifying the order in my car and realize the order numbers don’t match so I go back inside and at this time there’s someone else picking up the order that was given to me and Darron and the young lady were a bit confused Darron sees me and points at my bags and the young lady asks me for the order number again and realizes she have me the wrong order and hands me the correct bag and they proceed to give the bags I had taken out the restaurant and give them to the other driver( I don’t think he should have gave the driver the bags i took out the restaurant and brought back as a customer I would not be ok with my order being handed to someone and then brought back and given to me) as I was starting to walk out I was a little bothered that there was not any kind of apology so I say “not even an I’m sorry for the mistake” Darron took it so defensively and said “I DONT NEEED TO APOLOGIZE I DONT WORK FOR YOU” that’s your job to verify the order I understand and I did that’s why I came back but at least a simple I’m sorry for the confusion would have been enough and I would have been on my way. Read moreI am a 66 year old male, who was traveling from Denton back to my hometown of El Paso. We came by your store at 986 Burlesonand ordered via drive-thru. The manager provided us with our order through the window and off the bat, the coffee was incorrect.I brought this to the managers attention and she was seemingly peeved as it was blatantly noted by her unpleasant facial expression. We received the rest of our order and as we were about to drive away, I realized that the 2 chocolate milks that I ordered were missing; Because we were still in the restaurant parking lot, I decided to go into the restaurant to request the missing milk. The manager gave me the milk, again, notably bothered and without offering an apology and or any words. As I was walking away, I slipped on the wet floor and fell on my right forearm, right hand and knee, with no concern from anyone, except for the elderly lady who was mopping. Had the order been given correctly the first time, as one would expect, your manager would not have been bothered that she had to correct it, nor would I have had to go into the store resulting in my fall. My family was hungry so I said let’s just forget the burger and called to request a refund (to avoid the hassle of driving again). They said we had to go back in person to either get a refund or to get the missing item. What kind of policy is that? Forcing someone to go out of their way and waste gas to fix a mistake they made. I had my receipt and could give them all the information. Alas, I went to the drive thru and they were not apologetic about the situation. The food at home (fries) was going to be cold by the time I got back, I asked if they could remake it for the inconvenience and they said no because I already ate them? The audacity to assume that I was just wanting to get free items. I didn’t want to even be there in the first place but my only option was to go BACK. They were not helpful, they were not interested in rectifying the experience so I decided to just get my money back. My family and I will not be returning to this location.
