Long John Silver's | A&W — Restaurant in Burlington

Went in lastnight around 5:30 there was only one person in front of us in line and one person behind us so it wasn't busy..they took our order I ordered the chicken,fish and 3shrimp platter and husband ordered the 3chicken platter and drinks they gave us or drinks and said that it would be right out..we took our seat with our drinks thinks ok it's only going to be 3-5 mins for our meal since they weren't busy..well 35 mins later no meal and the people before us has got theirs..now the kid that took our order was bringing them out and at one point it looked like he brought out our order but he said it wasn't ours so we waited and waited he did this twice to us ..finally everyone else had their orders but us so I walked up talked to a young girl who I guess was a shift leader told her I wanted a refund since no meal was coming out and we waited 35 mins..she looked at my ticket and said the meal had been sent out 10 mins ago and the kid came back and said Noone was there..ummm yes we were there clear as day..any way she gave me my refund and we left won't be going back at night again..service was awful and kid he didn't know what he was doing and messing up orders...

Got an 18.00 meal, with fish, chicken, Fries, hushpuppies and both small and large shinp. First it didn't come with a drink had to pay extra for that, then the piece of chicken was so small and dried up I couldn't even take a bite out of it wouldn't even think about eating it and they forgot my two sides that came with the meal. I had to tell them they forgot them. They forgot to give us my husband cheeseburger and we had to remind them to give us them. Sat In the drive-thru with just me and another car in front of us for 25 minutes. The staff that was working, they all sucked, not friendly at all. You would have thought the whole restaurant was packed and the drive through was packed as slow as they were with the service. Tried calling to put a complaint in and the phone ring and ring and ring...

We have traveled afew times to the long johnsilvers in Burlington and it was decent . This time we walk in to the cashier being schooled on simple math . Lol . Then my family of four is hurried through ordering ,for got to give us drink cups. We start walking in to the dinning area. Next to the fountain area was the overflowing trash can next to that was the condiment area crust sauce around the pumps. We continue in to the dinning area something spilled on the floor look to the left employee sitting on phone not concerned with spill . We start looking for a table first two dirty third the seat in a booth looked like they used the greasiest towel they could find . Food finally comes out.
