Azilanna and Cody are absolutely amazing!! From the moment I walked in the door to when I left. Azilanna gave me options pertaining to my regular order that I didn’t even know existed. I shared with her a somewhat negative experience I had at another location and told her I’d pay extra if I had to to ensure it was right.. This is literally the best pizza I have ever had and no additional charges were added!!Not to mention the monkey bread is absolutely addicting!! Their smiles and upbeat attitude were contagious and I left in a better mood than I came in with! I can’t thank these two enough for making this such an amazing experience . I went to this location because my daughter lives close , but I will now travel the 20 min drive to this location from my home just because of these two!! They made sure I left with the best possible product they could deliver! I can’t thank these two enough for making this such a great experience. These two deserve promotions and or raises! I usually grab a pizza about once a week, after today I may start grabbing one twice. Great people, amazing service, outstanding food, and overall an award winning experience. I could go on and on with just positive comments but I think you got the idea haha.. I never write reviews, but with service like this it would’ve been a crime not to. I guarantee you’ll be happy with everything if you go there. Thanks again...

My wife and I have been coming here every week for “pizza night” for the past 3 years. We love the mini-Murph’s because you can make them how you like them. A manager pointed out that we were paying for extra toppings for a full sized pizza. He started giving us smaller cups of toppings. Perfect! Several managers later we started getting the large cups again. We were getting charged a different amount every week. We brought this up to the regional manager who agreed there was no consistency. However, the consistency now is to charge $1.75 per topping for a large cup. Not the way to treat a loyal customer. We are not looking for special treatment. Merely want a fair and consistent price.

Since this incident we have been going to the Burnsville location every week for the past year. This store knows how to run a business. Exceptional customer service. Great employees. ...

Awful service. Sent an online order at 3:58 pm to pick up at 5 pm. Showed up at 5:08 and was told it’ll be another minute. I overheard one saying to another that they were out of my appetizers. I saw them go in back for roughly ten minutes assuming they went to work on making more. They come back out and I see nothing in their hands. Another five or so minutes later, after they’ve cleared everyone else from the store, they finally start making more. They finally have everything done and ready at 5:31 pm. They tell me it’s ready and I point out how ridiculous it is that it takes an hour and a half to make three pizzas and two appetizers. I get a snarky “sorry”. I wish the awful service ended there. Got home and discovered one of the pizzas had the wrong sauce and the appetizers are half empty. No attempt to rectify the situation, no genuine apology, just horrible service...
