Starbucks — Restaurant in Cañon City

Okay so I'm a big freaking tough burly mountain man. But I do love my caramel macchiatos when I was a kid we used to call it ice cream coffee. I really like going to Starbucks to get a good drink if it's morning and I'm on my way to go hunting or fishing I'll grab one of their delicious breakfast sandwiches or if it's in the evening and I just need to charge my phone and hop on Wi-Fi to figure out where I'm going next in the woods. They always have incredibly friendly service Yes their coffee is a little high in price but I believe it's the whole experience that you're really getting I like to think that I'm safe on their Wi-Fi normally don't have to worry about getting stabbed or shot inside a Starbucks. Actually you've been very fortunate several times I had forgotten my wallet they still gave me my coffee anyways so the next time I was there I paid for the person's behind me sometimes you got to pay it forward or in that case I guess pay it behind you lol. Super convenient easy to find as you're driving through canyon City Colorado on highway 50 check them out if you're on your way to go snowboarding this winter or if it's early in your hungover and you're going rafting down the Royal gorge you might need that burst of caffeine second you hit that ice cold water boof you going to need all the energy you can get support local stores communities...

EDIT Having more experience there makes me want to add how TERRIBLE the costumers are here. Every single person is mean, rude and entitled. There is a taller gentleman, grey hair and ponytail- that thought it would be fun to bang on my window and yell at me outside in the parking lot because he thought I “didn’t see his wife and him” when I stopped a full car length away from them. Then proceeded to be continuously aggressive with me while entering the store. It’s 9am and this guy is trying to be macho for his wife, yelling at a 30 year old woman. Get a life man!! The customers are making the star rating go down, they’re all rude trash.

This may be my favorite Starbucks ever!! The manager and her team are INCREDIBLE and so so kind!! Janet is just about the most friendly, hardworking person I’ve ever seen!! She’s amazing!! However, I’ve started coming on the weekends and have noticed it getting a little strange. Is there a different manager during Saturday and Sunday? I just have a lot of issues when I order on Saturday & Sunday to the point where I may on come on weekdays. The service and the coffee is a one star...

Please tell me why I was told “pack it up and take pictures, we’re losing money here” (and in a very sassy, egotistic way, as if he rehearsed these lines to make sure we were going to be intimidated) by an employee after I had gotten rear ended in the drive thru? Instead of “Is everyone okay?”, that is what we were approached with… We were told that we were “holding up the line” as if either of us in that accident put “get into a crash in the drive thru and inconvenience Starbucks” on our agenda for today 😂 It was a three vehicle accident, and I have always been told to NEVER abandon a crash scene.. so naturally everyone is staying put until authorities show up. The manager was a sweet lady and was very nice to everyone, and actually knew how to take care of people… but that male employee… makes me never want to order Starbucks at that location again 😂 thank you sir for your concern!!! We appreciated it! Food and drinks were good, but please use good, empathetic people to handle an accident next time lol (I’m a nice girl and work in food service too, but how we were treated by that...
