I was told that this place had the best BBQ in town so I had to go try it for myself. I haven’t been able to find good BBQ since I’ve lived in Texas. Well let me tell you being a chef myself I go in and one the environment is amazing. You can tell that they put a lot of love into this place. The staff and owner are friendly and compassionate for what they do, especially their Chef Robert. He knows what he is doing in that kitchen. His flavors and love for food is shown in the amazing quality of his dishes. You will not be disappointed the food is all amazing. I brought my 12 year old daughter and 14 year old son along with me to try this place out. And let me tell you my son is already talking about going back to get more delicious nachos and wings. My daughter loved her pulled pork quesadillas that I couldn’t get a picture of the entire dish so my picture is missing a piece. We all ordered different things so that we can try just about every dish. Every single dish was equally delicious.
Thank you to the entire staff for an amazing experience. And thank you so much for going out of your way to make us feel welcomed. I felt like I was back home in Texas with your amazing food and service.
Oh yeah they have an upstairs with an awesome view of the splash pad. And to top it off they have a good area to reserve a place to hold a celebration with a pool table upstairs and tv’s. My kids and I got to enjoy time together and play some pool. I will definitely be going back for the karaoke nights and go dancing there as well. I can’t wait to go back enjoy my beer, eat amazing food and just chill in a great...
Read moreI really didn’t want to bash a new business in my city cause I want everyone to succeed and we really need more bars/pubs in the area but holy smokes is this place just missing the mark. I’ve gone 3 1/2 times now since opening. Firstly the services is usually decent so no real issues besides wait times. But two main issues I’ve experienced so far is the general manager is an absolute tool. He blasts music so loud you can’t have a conversation at your table and it’s impossible to order cause the bar tender can’t hear you. Last time I went the bartender asked him to turn down the music and he told her ‘no.’ Maybe it’s different when they have football on or some event but when there isn’t anything going on, General Manager just loves playing DJ and treating it like his own nightclub. Second thing it’s really expensive. 12$ for a single taco is borderline Vegas pricing, and when you consider it’s downtown Caldwell, it’s just not the place.
The last three times I’ve visited I’ve always left kinda regretting it, but i usually chalk it up to new business etc But tonight kinda just took the cake. Went to have a couple of drinks, and just a small sign on the door “ we closed early”
No Instagram post, or anything so waste of a...
Read moreHonestly I don’t like giving bad reviews but my mom and I came in here to grab some food and it wasn’t great. I’ve added some pictures for reference. The brisket nachos had no brisket. We rummaged through it and found 2-3 pieces that were maybe 1”x” inch. That was for the whole platter. Plenty of beans and rice though. Sandwich was alright, again, not much substance. The corn was terrible. I LOVE Mexican corn mixes and this one tasted like it had sat for a day or two. Corn was mushy, burn and didn’t taste all that great.
The lady working there was super nice. She brought our food out in a timely manner and got us all our fixings and cutlery. Location is prime being in the Indian creek plaza. Hopefully the food has more substance and is fresh next...
