This location offers very poor service. They always seem to have issues with the system. I came here one time with my kids and ordered 3 drinks. I had an offer in my app for 25% off for orders over $30, which meant my order was eligible. The lady there insisted she couldn't see it on her end, even though I was showing her the offer on my app on my phone. She said she couldn't override the system to give me the discount. After 20 mins, she finally video called her manager. Her manager said the offer was right there on the screen and she just had to hit the button. No apology from her at all for wasting my time.
I went again today and accidently sent my mobile order to the wrong location that was over an hour away. I asked if it was possible to transfer my order over since I just placed it. The lady said I would have to call the location to cancel it. I could not get a hold of the other location. The lady said she's the manager and she couldn't remake the order. I finally got a hold of the location half an hour later and it turns out they couldn't make the drink anyways because they didn't have the ingredients.
Conclusion, I am never going to this location again. It's the closest to my house but I'm not going to deal with them again. I would rather...

When I got home I checked my transaction and noticed $5.39 (exactly 20% tip) more than my receipt showed, which explains why she had multiple receipts in her hand, giving me the one with the actual amount and keeping the one she added 20% tip (deceiving)😐. I was very upset, I called the store to let them know that I noticed the over charge. The same mgr who took my order said no one else had complained about that, and she would have the IT dept look into it. I’ve also left four messages to have the district mgr call me to discuss my horrible experience. It’s been five days and I still have not heard back from Jamba Juice Management. I normally would not leave a bad review, but This is SO WRONG! and not ok. It’s so disheartening to see that there is no integrity and that people feel entitled to take what is not theirs. The store's posted closing time is 8:00 PM, yet when we arrived at 7:45 PM to order a bowl, we were told they "stop making bowls at 7:30 PM." If there's a cut-off time for certain menu items, it should be clearly communicated to customers beforehand—either online, on the menu, or in-store.
What’s even more frustrating is that we called another Jamba Juice (3528 Peck Rd) less than 10 minutes away, and they happily fulfilled our order, even with only 10 minutes left until closing. That’s the kind of customer service I expect and appreciate.
This experience left a bad impression, and it’s unfortunate that this location doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction in the same way. If the posted hours say you’re open until 8:00 PM, I expect the full menu to be available until that time—or at least a heads-up about any...
