Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Rosemead

This place has rotating young ones all the time. Icecream is legit and I will probably go here still but my hige problem is that they sometimes are skimpy with the ice cream and toppings and after a long day understandbly they don't always mix the best but I dont like to be that customer that has all my topping in one spot. Mind you this is $6 a scoop of awesome ice cream but you end up being done pretty quick, I get mi e to go almost always and believe me there is always room. I ask for a little more ice cream but I think it must have been the training cuz it was not always like this. Guess I'll have to try and get it in Pico Rivera where they are always more generous. Staff is friendly. They have lots of ready to go ice cream 🍦 cakes 🎂. I was able to order my oreo ice cream cake when I called at 11 am when they opened and it was ready to go ⏩ an hour later. The decorations on the cake were not included. But they do give free spoons 🥄! I got the small one for $36 bucks but I was able to slice it for 7. I kept it in the freezer 🥶 for about an hour or more after I picked it up and got to my destination. I took my daughter's to get ice cream and we had an awful experience. We noticed that there was alot of flies and knats inside the parlor and when we were served our ice cream it had a knat inside! Yuk! We asked for another ice cream and the didn't even offer to give to us for free. Every restaurant or ice cream chain gives it to you for free when there are insects in your food .
