Starbucks — Restaurant in California

The person who wrote that "this was the worst Safeway in the Country" must not travel much, But they Do use Water Refill Stations, "Like refilling water into USED & Unsanitary plastic bottles with chemically treated filtered Tap Water is Good" So we can all see they are educated and articulate? Nonetheless for my review.I come out of my way to use the Pharmacy at this store, The head Pharmacist name is, "Jazz" She is a very well educated Pharmacist, She is in my Option The Best Pharmacist in El Dorado County, She goes the distance to get a Brand Name of a Drug I request because I have had allergies to most others and I found just one brand to be State-of-The-Art in a Matrix adhesive & drug blended together So I can wear this drug delivery patch and Live an active businessman, farm-owner life and take a Hot Shower. I know the patch cost more but she cares enough to get it for me. About the Store it has a few Quality Issues, mostly with Store Management I see compared to Cameron Park, Folsom and El Dorado Hills, It is a very Busy Large One servicing a old gold rush city of Placerville CA, But I have been in Safeway stores in New York, NY, Washington DC and Baltimore Maryland are the worst getting a 20-40%, Compared to back East where I am from this Safeway is in the upper 90% I'll give the Cameron Park & Folsom Store a 98%, Pollack Pines 70%The Safeway's in California are something us California people take advantage of, I need to stress these food stores are State of The Art Food Stores, far above most of the others, they are the best of the best in the entire world. Being able to get Gasoline to 10 different Bourbons or fine wine, Oranges to Fine Baked Breads, to take out Chinese Food. They are a bit more pricey than Walmart but they are cleaner and I'd never buy open fresh cut meats from Walmart like I wood from Safeway. I've gotten some of the best food deals from Safeway, 99 cent a pound hams to $10 turkey buy it at the right time and you will get a deal, The Online coupons are also State of the Art and they will even allow you to use a store computer to log on and print out a shopping list if you forget it "Thank You Safeway!" You...

Sometimes if im in the middle or something or doing something as simple as smoking a cigarette i choose to find a starbucks with a drive through to accommodate... Well as i was paying for my purchase the employee told me that i was not allowed to smoke in MY car while going through the drive through. I was VERY offended for if i am smoking i always take others. Into consideration and hold it as far away as possible an i felt discriminated against by the employee. I contacted corporate to see if that was a policy cause i have no problem following the rules if it is an they said no. Policy is no smoking inside or on the patios at starbucks, there is nothing stated a customer cant smoke in the drive through an more importantly in their OWN car. That after confirming the policy i attempted to contact the store to speak with the manager and spent close to 45 min calling back to back with not a single call answered. It would just ring until a busy/disconnection tone started. So maybe there wasnt even a manager there who knows... But it was all very unprofessional and disappointing to receive service like this. I sadly let that incident ruin the start of my day an as we all know our mornings always dictate our days. I've decided that im no longer taking my business to this location because obviously theirs some training issues... Or...

Me and my wife ordered two Frappuccino‘s (carmel frap)(white chocolate mocha frap)and they both came out the best Frappuccinos we have ever had we came in yesterday and our drinks were made wrong by a different girl working by herself (forgot to add Frappuccino roast in both)but it definitely made up for it today our drinks are amazing today and the baristas today really went above and beyond thank you so much Ashley and Candice they are amazing at there job and really take pride in the work they do😁five stars all around we will definitely be coming daily to get our drinks from this location...
