Another Marufuku! Specialty is Hakata-style Tonkotsu Ramen made with pork and chicken bones for a milky, creamy broth. They also serve Tori Paitan, a chicken-based ramen that comes with a grilled chicken leg. YUM, limited # of bowls each day. The broths are solid, maybe a touch more flavor is needed, but they’re new, so give them time. The outpost in the Pruneyard is huge! With ample indoor & outdoor seating. We went on a weekday for lunch, no waiting, but this is their soft opening. We had the Tonkotsu Ramen Deluxe 👍, Pork Belly Baos 👍, Karaage Rice Bowl-meh, and Chicken Yakitori. Their pork belly, Kakuni, is melt-in-your-mouth, good-sized pieces that is delicious. They also have Chasu-style pork, thin slices of rolled pork but I'd splurge and go with the Kakuni. Pork Belly Baos are 👍 the bun soft, and the pork belly flavorful. Their ramen egg is jammy, and spot on👍. The weakest dish was the Karaage. The pieces are big but the coating is soft, a little mushy as if it needed a second fry. A solid place for lunch or dinner at the Pruneyard. It sits in the plaza across from Books Inc. and Luna’s. The ramen scene had stalled in the South Bay, so @tsujitasj and @marufukuramenofficial are...
Read moreDecided to try this new Ramen place that people raved about. My family and I ordered their most popular ramen. During our order, I asked the waiter if their soup base was on the saltier end or not salty at all. He just said the soup base tastes the same as the rest of their ramen. Thus, I assumed it's on the saltier end of the spectrum. Boy, I was right. Our food finally arrived, one sip, goodness gracious, I almost couldn't eat my food because the soup was so salty and greasy. I had actually ordered my ramen and the noodles on the side, so I just slightly dipped my noodles in the soup base so they wouldn't get sticky. I only finished the noodles, and left the soup completely untouched. My wife and my daughter both did not like their noodles for the same reason, too salty. The service was good, but food was very disappointing. I am at a loss on how diners would give this place an average of 4.7 stars. There are plenty of ramen restaurants that are less expensive and taste much better. We certainly will not...

From the moment we walked in, the experience was top-notch. Isaac was our server, and let me tell you his service and attitude were absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy, he made our meal feel genuinely special.
Now the food? Incredible. The ramen was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Every ingredient from the tender pork belly to the creamy egg, sweet corn, and umami-packed broth was on point. The presentation alone made my mouth water (seriously, just look at the photo!).
And the drinks? Spot on. Refreshing and crafted with care exactly what you want to complement a hot bowl of ramen.
