This review is for anyone looking for an honest review and not one left by friends and family since the reviews deceived me twice. I waited three weeks before leaving this review just to make sure I’m not being bias. The first time I ordered food from this place, I was running late to work and wanted something to eat quick so I ordered a kebab sandwich on Samoon Bread I paid around $11 which I did not mind I figured for quality food you have to pay extra. The smell was very hard to get past and By the second bite, I ended up spitting it out and in disbelief so I thought to myself maybe this was just my luck that day. A couple weeks past and I really wanted to try a little bit of everything off their menu so we ordered Kabob, rice, stew a couple more things. The first thing that hit me when I opened, the bags was the smell so I figured maybe it’s the Kabob since it’s mostly Fat, however, everything had a weird smell to it, the rice was a little dry, but not the dry that it didn’t soak enough like it sat there for a while. My parents makes stew and rice almost every day and even on the bad days it does not compare to how horrible this experience was. I thought it was just me being paranoid since I had guests over, but then every single one of them called it out since it was ordered food. I ended up throwing that food away too, and ended up getting pizza. It is very understandable that the rent is really high in Canton so charging a little bit extra makes sense however, this is supposed to be an Iraqi place and since when do we add hummus to our kebab sandwich, And this one is it OK to serve the same food for multiple days? I gave this place two chances, even though the first experience was beyond horrible, and both times were a fail. I would honestly rather drive to the places in Detroit than ever have to place an order here again. The issue was not the service. The young child they have at the register is very polite and very nice. This is an issue with the food and the...

Allahumma salli ‘alaa sayyidina Muhammadin wa aalihit tayyibeen attaahireen wa baarik wasallim tasleema. (May Allah send his prayers upon our master Muhammad S. and upon his pure household and family and bring blessings and peace on them). Ameen 🤲🕋🌹.
Masha Allahu la quwwatha illa billah🤲🕋🙂, the experience was very beautiful. The food is very tasty and nice. The people here at babylon kabob are so welcoming, they are caring and so hospitable. They treat you like you are family. I highly recommend people to come here and experience the great tasting traditional food and the traditional arabian hospitality. This is by far the best experience i had with the middle eastern restaurants in Michigan.
Their love and hospitality reminds me of ahlul (the people of) madinah al munawwara. The people who are in the blessed city of madinah, the holy blessed radiant city of our beloved prophet S. are the most loving and the most hospitable and most kind hearted. When I came to this restaurant, the people who are here reminded me of the people of madinah and their welcoming hospitality. And i say this to other restaurant business owners, please learn from the example of the (akhlaaq) etiquettes of the people who work here at babylon kabob. They are the best people in my opinion in the traditional back home hospitality and welcoming people.
My dua (prayer) is may Allah th’ala bless their business and increase their business and give them all the success. Through the blessings and intercession of our beloved prophet Muhammad habeebullah (the beloved of Allah) S. and his ahlul bayth (blessed household and...
Read moreThe best food in town If I could give this place more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. This isn’t just a restaurant it’s a full-blown experience of Arab hospitality, flavor, and soul.
From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The service is unbelievably warm and genuine — no fake smiles, no rush, just real people who care about making you feel welcome and full.
Now let’s talk about the food… the kebab. I don’t know what magic they put in it, but it’s easily the best I’ve ever had — juicy, perfectly seasoned, grilled to absolute perfection. It hits that beautiful balance between smoky, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. You’ll want to order extra just to take some home (trust me, future-you will thank you).
Everything else on the menu? Incredible. The hummus is creamy and rich, the rice is fragrant, the falafel is crispy and full of flavor, and the fresh-baked bread? Don’t get me started. This is food made with love — you can taste the tradition...
