Peepo's - Canton — Restaurant in Canton Township

Update: 11/28/24-I ordered from Peepo's through DoorDash, remembering that I had tried it about three years ago. This time, I got the Chicken Bowl Africano style. I really wanted to like it because it looked amazing, and the chicken was packed with flavor. However, the white sauce—what I believe was their ranch—didn’t quite hit the mark for me. While I wouldn't add Peepo's to my regular rotation based on this dish, I would consider going back to try something else on the menu.

Update: I went to peepos to try a chicken sub and it was just ok. There seem to be so m something missing. It didn't taste as good as it looked. I heard about peepos about a year ago. That there sandwhiches and subs were really good in Taylor. But never got the chance to try it. When found out they were now open in canton which is about 6 miles from my house, I had to give it a try. I ordered take out for dinner and the food was outstanding. Steak and cheese sub was delicious and those Afrikano fries were just plain Fire!! Some the best loaded fries I have ever had. I will definitely be going back....

Didn’t know what I wanted for dinner and stumbled upon Peepo’s. I typically avoid Ford Road at all cost. Case in point, I love Raising Cane’s and still haven’t been since they opened. But I sure am glad I chose to check out Peepos. I read a couple reviews to get an idea of what’s good but ended up just selecting a couple items that sounded good to me. I ordered the Afrikano steak egg rolls and an Afrikano sub(1/2) with grilled chicken. Everything was full of flavor and on point. The sub I liked a little more than the egg rolls probably, but they were both very very good. The sub was toasted perfectly. I love this bread and the sesame seeds. Perfect texture, firm but flaky; a blend that hold this sandwich together wonderfully. The store is clean and has a nice open layout to it. Couple tables for seating at this restaurant that is located in a strip mall with many other food options. I thought about ordering the full size sub for an extra $5 but honestly I don’t think I could finish a whole. My meal could have easily fed two diners wishing to...

If I manifested the time to come on here and review this place you better bet this place is Amaziiiinnng. Let me tell you a little about me, very picky with my food and I only have a couple of favorite restaurants I would go to when I dine out because in my opinion my homemade food is better than the restaurants out there. I was out with the kids and had my nephews with me at sky zone so we decided to try this place out based on a friend recommendation and I’m blown away. I live in Dearborn( where food is known to be good I guess, but not in my opinion lol). I’m sure you get my point now, this place has really good sandwiches, we had a variety of subs. We tried the Africano sub, regular chicken , sujuk , steak and cheese and meat shawarma and everyone was pleased. The staff was really nice, they even asked us about our experience after we ate ( which you don’t get much often). Friendlinesses 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 food 20/10....
