Wendy's — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I order online and pickup at the drive thru. There's hardly a wait as I try to time it well and jump in when there's no one else ordering at the drive thru window or in line, but when there is, it does take a while....they are officially a little slow here. The food is generally hot, fresh and tasty (for fast food anyway) which is why I would give this place 4 stars. My issue is that sometimes they don't follow what's in the order or whoever is packing the bags forget instantly. I know, human beings make mistakes but it's on almost every order. Whenever I order drinks, I select no ice (it's on the ticket, plain as day) and my cups are still 1/2 filled with ice anyway. Normally if it's one or two drinks, I'll just say "hey, I'd said no ice" and have them re-make them, but when there are people behind me waiting or I have several orders, I feel kind of bad doing that. On occasion they also get the food wrong, as an example, the order clearly says bacon chicken sandwich and I get a chicken sandwich with lettuce bigger than the meat and missing bacon completely...similarly, if I catch something like this at the window I would say something but when I make big enough orders, I don't have time to sit and check them all at the drive thru window and we don't usually eat until we get home, by then it's too late.

So, in the end, I'd recommend this place if you like Wendys but if you order expensive or lots of food, it might be in your best interest to check your order before...

I remember that I went to buy a chicken burger today and I don't know if someone had bitten it or if it was a carrier, but to me it seems more like it was bitten, because it looked more like a bite, so I went to the store and these people were so rude that they didn't offer me another chicken burger, after them that they told me that it wasn't a bite, it was the toaster, but I don't believe that the toaster makes a mark as a bite, So when I was leaving, these people started talking behind me and if they talked. Behind me it's because they aren't saying anything good to costumers , Well what kind and disgusting service you have at this Wendy’s . I told that at least they should have changed the bread when they prepared and put in a new one and when I was leaving they started talking behind my back.another thing I saw girls working outside putting things at the trees and I said this company is so rich they don’t want to hired a company to do that job? I recommend not to buy at Wendy’s Hancock bridge.. because there are nasty food.. when I buy online my order it’s always something missing.. not to buy food at that...

This one is really, really poorly managed. While all of the McDonald's, Taco Bells, Arby's, Burger Kings, and Subways in the area are rockin and rollin, this specific Wendy's is far behind. Sharing a corner with two other fast food restaurants, this is the only one with a line consistently wrapped around the building, and a 20 minute wait to even be able to place your order. It is also the only fast food restaurant in the entire area that has a closed dining room, so everyone has to wait in the drive thru line, whether they are customers or delivery drivers. It's a giant mess. And once you pull up to the window to pick up your food, after waiting 30 minutes, you're greeted with a big sign that says "Now hiring all managers for all shifts." Not surprising. Especially since the manager that handed me the food asked me if I already got my drinks - while he was holding them in his hands! I don't think anyone at this location knows what they're doing,...
