Awesome new addition to the Windmill Food Hall. Seriously give these guys a try. Been three times, ordered the same thing twice because it was so good (the picanha sandwich) but finally got a chance to try their tri tip sandwich. No baguette today but had delicious thick sourdough for the bread and it was so good. Tri tip is perfectly medium, pink center and legit Chimichurri! No dried oregano or parsley here, the real deal with salmuera and sabor. It’s a walk up counter in a food hall churning out...
