I came to the Subway this afternoon to pick up some delicious Subway. Because they have that deal buy 1 get 1 free unfortunately for the person who is working there right now your bread's not fresh it's about 1 day old it's hard it's flaky and you really have to listen to customers about ingredients because certain ingredients can have an effect on their body. Your skills and communication are not professional. I recommend you go back into training learn people's skills and know how to present Subway. All the bread that you have right now is probably 1 day old you need to throw it out and make a fresh batch. One more thing you might be disappointed because there's a deal going on and you might think that you're losing money but you're just the person who got hired you can't give people dirty looks. Toasting melts the cheese making it hard to tell if they included the extra as ordered. I've had other locations build it without the 2nd layer and caught them at the time of build. This is the 2nd location that has skimped me on my cheese and because it was melted there's no proof. I can tell by the weight, yet that's not satisfactory enough for the staff/owners. It was an owner at a diff' loc' that built mine last X and was adamant they added it, yet inspection by another staff member and 3rd pty was made a new meal. I'm starting to think this is "don't ask, dont tell" thing for the owners to save $ on things we are paying for. Read moreI visit this place twice on my way to the outlet, and I have bad experience both times. There is no line and the staff is taking his time before he gets to me. For every item to be placed on the subway, he puts minimum; i think i have only around 10 leaves of spinach. In addition, it's around 7pm and there is no cookie left for the type that i want; they simply just don't make more cookies once it's sold out. The staff is no helpful and not friendly.
