These cookies are consistently raw in the middle and that makes you question the safety to eat them. I have ordered Crumbl 3 times, so this is not a one time occurrence. The ONLY time my cookies were mostly cooked through was in ordering the mini’s -and they were tasty which is why 2 stars instead of one- but buying $20* for 4 undercooked to raw cookies is really bad. It’s a pity, I was hoping my one order had been a fluke. I really really liked this company’s story and wanted to like their products- instead I fear food poisoning eating raw cookies and am out a bunch of money for a great idea and terrible, irresponsible execution. If you want crumbl cookies, stick with the minis, they are pretty good! Ps- for those who don’t bake….cookies should not look like this inside when you cut them, the dense middle in these photos is uncooked cookie dough.

It was my first time at Crumble and the first day they were open. Staff was outgoing and friendly. I've never been to Crumble before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The coconut cream pie cookie tastes exactly like a pie but in cookie form. The chocolate milkshake is rich. Chocolate jimmies coat the outside. It's a rich gooey inside with chocolate icing and a dollup of "whipped cream." Close flavor to a milkshake, but gave me more of the feeling like biting into a brownie. Both were excellent. Price point I won't stop regularly, but absolutely worth a treat to visit a few times a month. My hope is this location maintains the quality of the cookie and their friendly hospitality. Welcome to the neighborhood!

When received the look of my cookies they asked how they looked, I informed of my displeasure with two of the same cookies the cinnamon roll there was barely any cinnamon on them and was just said “sorry” closed the box and handed it to me…now I have been to multiple crumbls and that is not the response…I have seen because this is the first time the crumbl cookie was subpar but usually it is for customer satisfaction. Since this is a new store maybe they aren’t used to the culture.

For the second time ever out of HUNDREDS of my reviews, Google needs to allow a zero star rating.

I thought I should reward my fiancé with a Monday night treat. I opted to patronize the 7 week old Crumbl Cookie in Chambersburg. Here was my experience......

The waiting area was PACKED with people. So packed, the line to order was adversely affected as everyone was standing everywhere in a very confusing scene. Definitely a poorly designed too tight of an area. Strike one.

There were only ten people in front of us and it took TWENTY minutes to get to the register. They only make six types of cookies. The ONLY cookie I was interested in was unavailable when we finally got to the register. They ran out of a cookie that isn't one of the most popular ones of the week? You ONLY MAKE SIX COOKIES, not 36. How do you run out? To top it, there were no less than 7 visible employees working. No offense, but there was no urgency despite the store being completely packed with people. I mean, it's a Monday night at 6:30. Not a weekend. Strike two is you're inability to pay attention to keeping a very tiny menu of items available.

Strike three is..... There is NOOOO way it should've taken 30 minutes to get one cookie. Holy Crap. Two thumbs down. Absolutely blew my chance to ever go here again. You sell overpriced unhealthy products. At least take pride in customer service. At least give us a good experience when we choose to...

I ordered ahead on the app several hours before pick up. When I arrived I clicked the “I’m Here” button and got the message that I was 2nd in line; went in, my name wasn’t on the board. They served 4 people before I was finally able to ask about my order, when they finally brought it to me, w was informed that 2 of my choices were sold out. So it really makes no sense to order ahead because they are not keeping your order aside for you. When I asked the employee about it, I was told, “well your order was in the back”. I don’t know what that even means!! Seems like this new store is overwhelmed and can’t handle the business. It’s a shame because they have delicious cookies, but because they are always sold out of something, I will stop going there. Hoping they can get it together to make a go of this, but I don’t imagine I’m the only one who...
