I was the first in line with my daughter, then mother and baby, father and son, then another pair. The girl was not friendly at all, and when she made the orders she went out of order. The father got his first not the sons(3rd in line) then the mother and baby got hers(2nd in line). Then the man in the last pair got his. She then made the sons milkshake, and then my milkshake, then made the last ladies ice cream the same time she made my daughters.

My daughters was wrong. And we already waited about 40 mins. So I said just give me a refund. She got mad and threw money on the counter even though I paid with a card. I quietly said you should just go in order when making stuff. She started yelling at me saying I was weird. I said im not yelling im just saying take your time and do one at a time. 1 person in each pair was done eating before the other person got their stuff. When we arrived there was no one in the place. If you are going to try this place, expect to wait. It is a slow process. We were all very patient while they made the tacos for our party of five, one at a time. It takes about 5 min for each taco. During their making our tacos, lots of people showed up and they were completely overwhelmed. So overwhelmed, they skipped my taco and started making others. After 25 min and everyone else in my party getting theirs, I asked for a refund just for my taco because I didn’t want to wait another 5 min and everyone was ready to leave. I had seen the sign for a grand opening so pestered my daughter to go over! We went with her 3 young children; the staff was so nice to them. Spoke to them through the process of making their tacos and treated them very well. We all loved the tacos, they were very good. Considering we ordered 5, the wait wasn't bad and with the kids watching them being made, that made the time go faster for them. The 3 year old loved her monster one!!
