Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Chandler

I will not give my money to any place like this. This is America not some 3rd world country. I had to ask because I believe in getting facts right the manager is a girl named trinity. So my observation (mind you I am a site supervisor of a large semiconductor campus so I know management pressure) of the manager and how she treated her employees was absolutely terrible. I would never treat any of my team the way she does. I own the fact that my team is a direct reflection of my management or leadership. She very much does not. The way she treats them and yells at them in front of others is creating a hostile work environment. This place obviously does not care about their staff. I was beside myself. Appalled. Yesterday (2/20/23) went to get my usual Blizzard from the Chandler Mall Dairy Queen. And as I waited for it to be made, I heard a rude, obnoxious, condescending voice come from the back. And out of nowhere comes this short, older, sloppy-in-appearance, Caucasian Man; disrespecting this young girl who always helps me out. In front of all the Customers. I specifically go to this location because the staff always give me top notch service from the entire staff. They're always so kind and helpful. But to see this Man chew them out in public, was so disrespectful, and for me, gut wrenching at the same time. Those kids deserve better, then to be belittled by someone the likes of this jackass. July 21, ! ordered large blizzard with extra oreo (addtl cost). I got large vanilla ice cream with couple pieces of oreo mixed in. Girl behind counter refused to remake it/make another. When I asked for my receipt, no one knew how to print one. So I asked for the manager and of course you guessed it there wasn't one. So I asked for the Gm or district Gm whoever they report to. So they gave me a gentleman by the name of Corey's number. After talking with him telling him I just paid about 6 bucks for a large oreo blizzard with extra oreo and I recieved a large vanilla soft serve cup with next to no oreo in it, he apologized and said he'd send coupons for free blizzard's to make up for the and another for the inconvenience.
