Starbucks — Restaurant in Chandler

Hello,

I am a frequent visitor of the Starbucks located in Chandler, Arizona at 885 N. 54th Street. It is convenient and a mile away from my work.

Every single time I go in there (at least 3+ times a week, along with 10+ of my employees), my drinks are made incorrectly. I have voiced my concerns to the manager on two occasions, with zero improvement.

When I mention to them that they made my drink incorrectly, it is as if I am a major burden to them and they are burdened by making me a new CORRECT drink. Whether it in the incorrect size, hot/cold, or drink altogether, it is ALWAYS wrong!

Most recently, my caramel macchiato tasted like chemicals. Chemicals. I know what a caramel macchiato is supposed to taste like, and it was wrong. I took one sip and threw away my $5.00 drink because it was so disgusting.

The staff is rude, slow, and overall very unconcerned about delivering great customer service. I am the manager of a customer-service based company, and am APPALLED at how the manager allows the store to run.

Shame on...

Is this real? No joke it's Saturday night 9/20/2014 and there is 1 lady working, I saw one dude but he disappeared somewhere. Been in line for well over 5 minutes listening to the batista lady get hit on by 2 dudes at the bar area. I'm sitting here patiently but eventually start to think I'm on a hidden camera show or something. Minutes pass and I'm the only one in line with these guys and she doesn't acknowledge me whatsoever and just continues to talk to the guys. It's been about 6 minutes and I'm starting to look at people that are sitting down already like "is this real". I eventually Google other Starbucks in the area and just walk out. She never even noticed me walking out I don't think. I've never had a single problem in 15 years going to Starbucks. But this lady/store is a joke. I will never go back here again, which is a shame because I used to work down here and come in daily....

Worst experience I've ever had.. I walked into no one standing in line. I waited a few seconds for someone to greet me and take my order there was an older couple sitting at a table and once he finally did come up he asked the couple if they were ready. He didn't even acknowledge that I was there waiting I would of been even ok with a "Ill be right with you ma'am!" Instead he gathered a coffee machine that the couple wanted to buy meanwhile I'm still waiting to be served there. Another thing was there was another young lady behind the counter making drinks and no one came to take my order so I kindly walked out. Customer service was horrible the fact that this man didn't even acknowledge me pissed me off and I won't ever come back to this location again to give them my money. I have never been treated like this before to just sit and wait and not even acknowledged that your in their store...
