I have never experiences such horrible service from any Domino's location before.
A while back, we ordered food, when it delivered the order was completely wrong, after waiting over an hour for it to be delivered. I called and they said they would credit my order for next time. Cool.
I called to order tonight and the young lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional, I asked to speak with the manager because she could not figure out the whole credit thing and wanted me to repeat my order after it already took way to long to give her to begin with. We get our order and AGAIN it's the completely wrong pizza.... seriously? How is it that difficult?
I call back and ask to speak to Rob the manager and instead of saying "he's unavailable at the moment, I get "he's in the bathroom"... really? Can we have a little bit of professionalism? So I told her I would hold. I had to call back because after sitting on hold for 10 minutes, he's still in the bathroom? I mean come on.
I talk to Rob and let him know that yet again, I have received the completely wrong pizza. I'll be escalating how bad of an experience I have had with Domino's corporate office tomorrow, but trust the reviews. This location is very unprofessional, they mess up orders and just don't seem to care to much. We'll be ordering from Orlando's from now on. The franchise owner needs to do something before he's put out...
Read moreThe reviews for this place are definitely spot on. Worst Domino’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Placed my order online, got to the store at the time it said it would be ready by. They hadn’t even began making it yet. Instead they’re all walking around hanging out with loud vulgar and extremely obscene and disgusting music blaring from someone’s Bluetooth speaker I get home and my pizza is literally melted to the cardboard, to the point where I had to scrape it off with a spatula. I called the store and spoke with “Benny” and after I told him the issue his exact words were “yeah, that’s the problem with the thin crust, that always happens.” Well, no Benny, it doesn’t. I order thin crust pizza everywhere I go and I’ve never had to scrape my pizza off of the box. He claims he “cancelled” the order but I have yet to see any refund come through. Do not go to this Domino’s. There is a Papa Johns about 10 minutes from Daniel Island that is 100% better than this Domino’s could ever be. Management really needs to reconsider...
Read moreOrdered a pizza prior to 10pm, only to have it cancelled at exactly 10pm. When I called, the "gentleman" that answered the phone hung up on me when I asked why my order was cancelled. I called back and asked why I was hung up on, to which he said he heard nobody on the line and ended the call. I asked again why my order was cancelled, and he says that they stop taking orders at 10pm. When I told him that the order was placed before 10, he said he would do his best to make the order if I still wanted it, but he would shut down at 10:15 regardless. I asked who the manager is, and he said it was him. Obviously, this is not someone I would trust to make my food and declined his offer to "do his best to make it". Rest assured, I will never spend a dollar at this location again, and I would highly recommend everyone avoid this place. Maybe they'll close down, and a responsible business will...
