Was panhandled when walking in. ‘Marcus’ hit me up w a hard luck story while he’s wearing brand new sneaks and sweats. Told him ‘no’. He followed me in then hit the staff up for a meal as I’m placing my order. He directed his attention back to me as I was ordering after the girl working the counter told him no. I told him to back off and asked for the manager. The girl taking the order says he is the manager. He says he’s the manager. I know there’s no way that’s true. He started ranting about me being a racist because I wouldn’t buy him anything. I told him I was calling 911. I called 911. He then said all kinds of vile things about what he would do to my wife. Only as I’ making the reportl to 911 does a guy come out and ask Marcus to leave. The staff was more concerned about this guy they know that harasses customers getting arrested than they were about the safety of a customer. All of this should have been recorded by the cameras at the counter. Staff clearly knew him but did nothing to intervene to help a customer that was being harassed by someone that was either impaired or mentally ill. This area isn’t safe, the staff at this business clearly care more about the locals than their customers and the police don’t care about public safety or don’t have capacity to respond. Avoid at all costs!! There’s no audio in the video because I was on the phone with 911 when the guy dressed in black started trying to get him out the door. But watch him mouth. Read moreI've ordered via drive-through here probably a year ago which I don't regularly eat here. This time, I wanted wanted the gyro meal with crinkle fries, drink & salted Carmel chocolate chip cookie. The food was good. My fries were hot but needed more salt (almost bland tasting but an easy fix). Gyro was good & the cookie was served warm which is good bit if you don't eat in a reasonable amount of time it can be hard by the time you do. I like than they had a 98.5 sanitation rating which matters to me. It's connected to BP gas station. The young lady who helped me was friendly & mannerable (I wish I had gotten her name). I waited about 5-7 min for my food, but I didn't mind. I used the Arby's app to place my order right before heading to p/u. It was around 11am so probably just getting started. Staff in all black attire (maybe uniform style) but young man at the register was wearing blue jeans hanging below his behind. Not something you want to see (especially when working in food industry). Another customer came in to order. The young man didn't speak or make eye contact. He waited for another woman (assuming she may have been the mgr) to do something with the register so he could use it. She didn't speak or acknowledge either of us. A simple, "Hello! Read moreI had an issue with the general manager being very rude. He did not exemplify good customer service or pleasing the customer at all. My son asked for a Huge Roast Beef sandwhich (I was on the speakerphone of my son's cell phone during the order and that is exactly what he asked for) and when he got home I had a small roast beef with red sauce and lettuce and tomato on it and I was not happy. I called the restaurant and was speaking with the general manager who stated he actually was the one that took the order. When my son ordered the Huge(which they do not have) the manager should have asked for clarification on what he wanted NOT assumed he wanted tge Super Roast Beef. After looking at the menu it was the Half Pound that I wanted. I feel if my son said Huge then the Half Pound would have been the more appropriate assumption anyway. The Super is a much smaller size. While on the phone with the General Manager I stated I have eaten at Arby's for 40 years and the manager replied very sarcastically "if you have eaten here for 40 years then you would know we don't have a Huge Roast Beef."
