So first thing that happened was I got there and this skinny African lady was standing there with her AirPods in and it took her 2 minutes to even ask what my order was. I then asked for the midnight cookies and cream, she then said with an attitude "we have cookies and cream" and i said do you have the MIDNIGHT cookies and cream and she said again "we have cookies and cream" then i asked her so do you or do you not have the midnight cookies and cream? and she said "we have cookies and cream. I then asked what does that mean is it the same thing or a different one? and she said "we have cookies and cream" Now i was getting annoyed because its a yes or no question do you have it or not and she is not answering my question. She is giving me big attitude now even tho she small. and then i just asked again "there is a sign behind you that literally says midnight cookies and cream do you have this item or not?" then she says again "we have cookies and cream" so then i just had enough and i said nevermind and then she said with attitude "thank you" and many of my friends have had bad experiences with this lady...

If I could give it a 0 I would. Just got ice cream from here 5 minutes ago the first interaction I had with this employee was asking him if the register was opened on the left since it’s never opened and he responded with “why do you think I’m standing here” by the way after 10 minutes of him and his coworkers just laughing and joking around. While we were trying to get our flavors and telling him what we wanted he was laughing and speaking to his coworkers in our face and got upset with us for “not speaking loudly” I told him it’s his fault since he was speaking with his coworkers and laughing with him and he kept talking back. There's only one employee here. There's a lot of people and one employee that is struggling and probably stressed. These are horrible working conditions and this company that sells overpriced ice cream should be ashamed of itself. The employee couldn't handle things on her own. She let a bunch of people go the wrong way in line so the line went one way and then two people skipped everybody else in line and said the line goes this way and the employee said yea it does and let those two people skip people that had been waiting for a half hour.
