Sometimes long line Don't give up. Worth waits

Excellent service!! You will remember this restaurant by their service and make you come back again and again Even I don't have anything to shop at Norstrom ,( located on 2nd floor)

I would drive 25mins to 30mins to have lunch or early dinner there. There are many good restaurants in Charlotte It's one of The Best restaurants

Foods !! From Pizza ! Sandwiches ,Salad and dessert Our family and friends tried most of them,on Menu Every single dish- Amazing !! And monthly special too Surprisingly great !

Today We had -Penne Bolonese meat ball -Petite four ( steak )on Citrus Lime salad -Shrimp and Argulera with sweet corns Also They have good selection of wine French pressed coffee Cream bulee and Red Velvet cup cake with light cream cheese icing Best cupcake ( I don't like cup cakes much but love it...

I was hoping that this was like the DC Nordstrom Cafe, but it's a bistro. It's definitely different, as is the menu. I got the Santa Fe Chicken Panni. It was lack-luster at best. It wasn't pressed. It's a dry sandwich placed on a grill with over cooked rubbery chicken that was cold. There was seasoning ( I could see it but not taste it). The bread is a thin sliced sandwich bread. I was underwhelmed. The food wasn't great nor was the service.

It's a cute tucked location on the 2nd floor. There was an issue with a patrons' salmon, and he had to come 2x to fix it. The manager on duty wasn't very accommodating. I was shocked as he had cereal palsy and had to walk in twice....

Make sure to check your order before leaving. This is round two for this location leaving an item out of my order. However this is the first time I’m bothering myself with leaving a review. Today Annalise left an item out of my order and when I returned upset due to inconvenience, I requested a refund for my inconvenience. She shared that nothing was wrong with the order so technically a refund was warranted. What Annalise instead should have responded in an apologetic tone excusing her actions or mishap. She then proceeded to storm off to the kitchen to gossip about it with her co-workers who stared me down thru kitchen door. Super unprofessional...
