Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Charlotte

Just love this place. I’m a coffee snob, and if it’s not a Starbucks, Dunkin, Peet’s, or locally owned spot, then forget if, I’ll go without. Ebar, however is an exception. Their coffee is incredible. It has a full bold flavor, but not overpowering or burnt.

Their cookies and pastries are out of this world —specifically their cookie Royale —just amazing. The service is always quick and efficient, and staff extremely friendly and polite.

Prices are very reasonable and there is a ton of seating and tables next to this...

Avoid this place at all cost!!! I go here daily and now have decided to re-think my morning strategy. The staff is so terrible in this location. Most could care less if they help you and have no sense of time or speed. If I were Nordstroms, I would fire everyone there and start over with people who want to work and who enjoy working. First off the prices are pretty high for what you’re getting. almost $7 for a 16 oz latte is a little over priced. but when you don’t even fill the cups all the way it feels like a rip off. at the very least you should expect them to be filled up. the drinks are ok, but kinda just taste like a generic, at home nespresso drink. too heavy on the sweetener. the cafe itself is very pretty and inviting but other than that i just cant recommend...
