On August 5th, I visited Tattoos & Booz with 8 people to celebrate my nieceâs birthday. The food was terrible & took a long time to come out, & the waitress clearly doesnât need to be working in a customer service environment because she was rude & unprofessional. To see full review, please go to yelp because google limits the number of characters. We were not able to eat at the same time. I ordered a shrimp basket & hot honey wings. My shrimp was the first order to come out, but I never received my wings. After having subpar food & a lack of friendly service from our waitress, we were ready to leave. She brought out our bills. We purchased a hookah for the table & paid cash for it. She put the hookah on my sisterâs bill. My sister had to flag her to get it removed from her bill. When I received the bill, I immediately gave her my card because I was ready to go. When she returned the one copy of the bill, my sister noticed that she still had the wings on my receipt. I flagged her about it. I asked her to refund me for the wings. She gave me an attitude about refunding me but eventually produced another receipt still charging me for the wings. My card was charged twice. She put her h& up & told me that I was not going to yell at her & walked away. First, it is a loud establishment, you must speak loudly to be heard in that establishment because music is playing, & patrons are talking to each other. As she was walking away, I asked if she could get the manager, but she ignored me. My sister walked over to the bar to explain to her why the bill wasnât right, & she caught an attitude with my sister & hit her in the face. I immediately walked over to see what was going on & why she hit my sister when out of nowhere, I was picked up & violently man-handled by big, intimidating bouncer. Keep in mind, I didnât do anything. I was a paying patron asking for a refund for an item I never received. I was picked up & tossed around like a ragged doll. I told the big guy who had me held up off the ground that I needed to get my refund & my cell phone. While outside, I told Mark (he said he was the manager) that I needed a copy of my refund & needed my cell phone. He used this handheld device to show me the charges and only showed me 1 charge. This only validates my issue with being tossed out like trash because had the employees of this establishment investigated the matter prior to violently putting his hands on me, they would know that my card was charged twice, & I also needed a copy of the original receipt showing the refund. There was no attempt to investigate the incident. I wasnât asked for my number so that they could follow up with me. I provided my email because Mark said he would email me the receipts. I am a professional. I am not a piece of trash. As a patron, I deserve the right to request a copy of my receipt with refund, & I should feel safe in their establishment. Upon doing my research, I discovered that the waitress has prior larceny charges, which makes me wonder if they are doing their due diligence in the hiring process.    Read moreOn August 5th I was assaulted by the waitress and my sister and daughter were manhandled by some BIG BURLEY bouncers and it was totally the establishments employeeâs fault. The waitress was rude and had a very nasty demeanor all night. Problem #1 â Her attitude. There were 9 of us who ordered. The food came out two at a time and it was like 35 to 45 mins apart so none of us got to eat together. Problem#2 â Poor Customer Service. Three of us had problems with out bill. My sister asked for her bill to be corrected to remove the wings as she never got them and wanted to be reimbursed. With alittle back and forth the waitress comes back with a NEW receipt. She never came back with a receipt showing that the first total charge was voided or returned. She came with a NEW receipt which still included a charge for the wings. My sister asked for this bill to be corrected because she was still being charged for wings. The waitress insisted that she wasnât but the math wasnât mathing on that receipt and also the NEW receipt shouldnât mention wings at all. My sister asked for a receipt that showed the original charge was returned or voided. The waitress says the other one canât be returned until she sign this NEW receipt. That makes no sense. The waitress Nay didnât want to help. Thru her hands up and walked away. I asked my sister to give me the receipt and I would try to talk to her. I went towards the bar and she was back there pacing and throwing up her hands. I said listen just look at this receipt. If you add up all the items which included the charge for the wings it matches the bottom line. This needs to be corrected to remove the wings. I am the customer and I am asking for your help to correct an error. She was very rude, with mean facial expressions, and her hand clapping gestures were threatening to me. I asked to speak to a manager. I am explaining the situation to the manager and the waitress is still fussing and over talking me while I am talking to the manager. I put my hand up to gesture can you please stop talking you didnât want to help us originally. SHE SWUNG ON ME AND HIT ME IN MY FACE. Problem #3 â Safety. I swung back and then the waitress manager and I believe a man was pushing the waitress back towards the kitchen and while they were doing that she was still swinging. My sister and daughter came to help me and when they did that the BIG UNPROFESSIONAL BOUNCERS and some other men who worked there begin to manhandle me, my sister, and daughter. Lifting and dragging them out of the club. I am being pushed out of the club by a couple of different men. We have injuries (we have pictures). I lost one of my big FENDI earrings (gold one) which were an expensive gift that I will never get to wear as a pair again. I lost money at this establishment that didnât deserve it in the first place.
I filed a police report. I later looked up on the internet (public record) that the waitress has been charged 3 times for larceny. I have so many questions for the management. Do you do background checks? Why is someone with a criminal background larceny have a position at your establishment that allows her access to peoples bank cards and money?

The sad things is this place has a lot of potential but the lack of communication, disorganization, disrespect, and non existent customer service is astounding. The entire experience from beginning to end was awful. We made a reservation in advance due to us having a large group. Entering the building the security yelled at one of the ladies screaming at her to go inside. We were attempting to enter as a group. A simple go inside would have sufficed. Yelling and trying to instill fear is unnecessary especially for brunch. Weâre eating food during the day not entering the club at midnight. They wanted to separate our group at first. They then told us they could make it work and gave us two tables next to each other. Our group was separated but it was at least tolerable. Once our entire party was seated they tried to make one of my tables get up saying they never sat us and had security come in and yell again after we were told to sit there. The hostess asked who sat us here and when we told her she called us liars until she went to get the person that sat us. When we were saying we had a reservation they said they donât have control over that. What do you mean you donât have control over your own establishmentâs reservation. Eventually they figured it out but not before completely souring the experience. The waitress was slow and wanted us to scream over the music and each other. Not to mention she spilled drinks on two people in my party. When our drinks came we were given drinks in dirty glasses. After an hour and 45 minutes everyone at the table was missing food, a drink, or both. The waitress kept bringing us food from other parties. In the end we just canceled everything that wasnât brought out. We were never brought napkins or utensils. This was all around a terrible experience. We flew in for this experience and this is NOT how we get down in Florida....
