The Weight Bar has exceeded my expectations! I have gone to two cycling classes led by Aaron and his energy/knowledge/commitment is top notch! Not only does he lead a great workout, but he also educates you on 'why' you are working on that certain part of the body, etc. The workout space and equipment are clean and regularly sanitized. The Weight Bar has something for every level of physical fitness activity. Classes are conveniently scheduled to accommodate a variety of work/home schedules. The instructors while being understanding encourage you to rise to the challenge and be the best version of yourself.
