Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Hello, My daughter attends UTC and uses her meal swipes to eat. There are three staff members working there. Two are nice and there is one that is extremely rude (she thinks its the manager). My daughter has witnessed many occasions where she has been so rude to the students and it has not been justified. She has kicked students out after they have swiped for their meal so they have used a meal exchange without getting to eat. My daughter had a spinal tumor removed from her spine 6 months ago at Vanderbilt Hospital. She was carrying her heavy book bag and set it down on the sofa that is in there. The rude lady started yelling at my daughter and asked if she lived in barn. My daughter said no sorry ma’am I had back surgery and metal in back and my bag was heavy. She was so embarrassed. The lady said not today honey don’t want to hear it! The worker kept on and on trying to embarrass my daughter. That is just one example of many. I just thought you should how your store is running. This was so disappointing. The food is not in compliance. Had to come to a campus location since the other locations in our area are closed. Parking isn’t always convenient on a campus. Ordered my Santa Fe as I always had, and the lady asked me what kinda of bagel I wanted it on. I told her what it comes and she her response was, “I think plain”. So I told her it was the Asiago and they don’t even have those. It’s 30 minutes after they open and they literally only have blueberry, plain, sesame seed, plain and cinnamon crunch. So bummed. 3 years into being a student at UTC and this one staff member has been rude EVERYTIME I have stepped foot in Einsteins.If you dont go to UTC DO NOT COME HERE. If you do go here I recommend using Grubhub so you dont have to interact with the rude, aggressive staff members.
