First, I Googled Smoothie King because I and my three children were going to the park downtown to our surprise there is one. My 16 year old and I go in and we stand by the door their are 3 woman behind the counter NO one spoke, no hello no Welcome to smoothie king nothing. I stated, I know what I want 2 times no one spoke to us I had to ask where to order she said down here. So I went down there I said I want a 32 ounce Surf and 2 20 ounce surf my daughter ordered a 20 ounce Immune mixed berry. The cashier asked if I wanted my receipt I originally said no than I walked out took 10 steps thought about it and went back and told my daughter to get my receipt. To my surprise My 32 ounce smoothie wasn't with the others but it wasn't on my receipt either my daughter said she didn't even thank her or say anything she stood at the register not knowing where to pick them up. Walked to thw door and noticed that they were waiting at the end of the counter by the door. We could have spent 20 bucks at McDonald's and got better customer service than we did tonight. Read moreI'm honestly disgusted by the employees today on 6/7 at 2:30. From working in fast food I get people get busy. I had arrived and there was a couple ppl in front of me who were waiting, no big deal. There was a customer drink made wrong instead of making it again they poured it out of the customer's cup to add peanut butter to make the drink "again." She already took a few drinks out of it..I find gross! Wait times were extremely long. It's 3:10 when I Ieft. One of the customers came in who order off the mobile app her order was not even made. She waited patiently,but was there for a good 10 minutes. A customer who had ordered behind me with a few drinks got his order before my husband and I did. Oh, when. I left another couple was still waiting. Technology messes up and I get it. The employees were only making one drink at a time. Which I don't get when there is 4 blenders that they could use to pick up the pace. They refuse to work in order to get drinks out. Read moreFirst time here and Sid was an awesome manager. I ordered my mom a smoothie. He heard her oder,, then he came from the back to make a better recommendation for her smoothie. He told her she was removing the protein from it and he offered to make her something new. He took the time to explain the benefits of her new recommendation vs her regular. My mom was so pleased and disappointed. Because all the times she's visited a Smoothie King no one told her this info and it took for her to go out if town to experience this extra kick in great customer service.
