Walked in probably 15 to 20 minutes before close after learning that chipotle is only taking online orders. In front of me were two people the woman in the front at the line was taking up extra time with multiple orders it seem to being very difficult. After she finally was done placing her orders the gentleman in front of me was asked if he wanted his order for here or to go, now what is interesting about this it was a quick order he knew exactly what he wanted. His order took less than 30 seconds guaranteed, The woman proceeded to tell me that I had to get my food to go because they close soon. It’s not my fault that I was in the line before you closed and before close to closing but it took forever with a difficult order and I don’t see why I should’ve been penalized by that. I tried to order through Door Dash as per normal with my door dash monthly premium I pay. It wasn't available. Suddenly I had to use ChowNow, and pay 10.75 for the delivery.

The order comes, with an empty cup and the queso I ordered, they put it ON the tacos, even tho I ordered it as a 2 oz side....

Now I am arguing with the store and Chow Now to refund me for stuff THEY did wrong and did NOT check. So they are refunding me for the drink but nothing else.

My entire office bore witness to this. Well CHOW CHOW OR CHOW NOW and DOSBros, you just lost our support during this recession.

Tried this location shortly after they opened and it was fine. Employees were arguing behind the line about being short staffed, etc, which was slightly discouraging. Food was good, but my husband did find a bone in his chicken nachos. We gave it a second try today and placed our order online. We set the pickup time for an hour and received an email saying it would be ready at 6:30. We arrived at 6:35 and the food was not made. I completely understand being busy and potentially not getting to the order, but at least give us a call or maybe don't confirm the pickup time and say it will be ready a little later. It wasn't even worth placing the order online because we had to wait longer than people in line. Sadly, we won't be trying this location again and will stick with driving out of our way to...
