Walked in and the girls at the prep table started arguing about who had to go help me. If I could leave negative stars for a review I would. Edit: after talking with the store owner she went above and beyond to apologize and try to make things right. She took the time to make sure my opinion of her store wasn't forever ruined by the negligence of the employees working that night. The owner is great, and I think if she could be there at the store all day every day it would always be a great customer experience. Unfortunately business owners in Cheyenne have to rely on employees, sadly, most of whom just don't care. Aside from the lack of hard working motivated employees in this town.... We are from Kansas and was so excited to try this place because we love our cookies! We got 8 cookies and I thought it was weird she was stacking them in a bag. Well when we got to our hotel to enjoy, alot of the cookies were stuck all together and we drove 15 mins to hotel. I wish I could add pictures! So I have no clue how the s'mores cookie taste because it was stuck to the blueberry cookie. I would ask to get them bagged separately. I was surprised they don't box them but other than that the cookies taste great with what we are peeling apart...

Very knowledgeable staff. There are some ingredients we cannot have and they knew what was in the ones of interest. Purchased 3 different items today and I think we will be back again. The cookies are soft and fresh. The ice cream was just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. If you are anywhere in the downtown Cheyenne area, they are easily accessible. My only complaint is a couple of little benches or cafe-type table seating would be nice. However, the Cheyenne Depot Plaza is just about...
